Shane struggles with moving on after the death of his younger sister Luna; Connor and Marcus try to intervene before Shane is too far gone.

On the year anniversary since the apocalypse started on Christmas Eve, Ryan tries to bring holiday cheer to Redwood with the help of Kyle.

Jonathan starts a fight with Ben in Redwood; Meanwhile, Shane teaches Selena how hunt, which leads to hidden feelings.

Marcus and Kyle go searching for supplies after a mysterious fire destroys all of the gardens crops, but they soon find themselves in the middle of a herd during a blizzard; Will returns to Redwood to seek out Jonathan.
