Anthony visits Bayfield, WI, to help the struggling Greunke's First Street Inn and Restaurant. To get the inn running to its full potential, Anthony will have to convince the owner to agree to some major management changes.

Anthony visits a beachfront motel in Cape Hatteras, NC, and meets the owner, who wants to sell the property before the bank forecloses. The asking price is unreasonable, but convincing the owner to come down will be a challenge.

Anthony visits Williamstown, KY, where an amazing replica of Noah's Ark draws hundreds of thousands of visitors. The nearby Sunrise Inn, however, is beset by so many problems that it needs a miracle to survive.

Anthony travels to Palm Springs, CA, to help the Cambridge Inn. The inexperienced owner is running out of capital after just a few months, and her two general managers are constantly clashing and making poor decisions with guests.
