Before Anthony can inspect the 40-room Country Barn Motel in NH, he calls in help to exterminate bed bugs. The 3 owners argue & don't want to hear what Anthony has to say, but this place is about to turn back into an actual barn.

Anthony visits Orlando, where he discovers that the 350-room Anice Inn & Suites is anything but nice. After finding killer bees, bedbugs, mold & feral cats, can Anthony force an owner to invest in fixing all the issues?

Anthony is in Utah, home of the Shakespeare Festival, to help the struggling Stratford Court Hotel, sitting at the center of the town. With help from the community, can Anthony prevent a Shakespearean tragedy at this hotel?

Anthony is in Hershey, PA, mecca for thrill-riders & chocoholics. But the GM of the struggling Simmons Motel has a more serious addiction, so they hold an intervention to help him see he's hurting the business and his family.

Anthony is in Niagara Falls, NY, at the 55-room Waldorf Niagara Hotel. The owner's frugality has affected the hotel, from soaked carpets & bed bugs to fire safety issues. Can Anthony help this hotel before new ones open nearby?

Anthony heads to Panama's beaches to help the struggling 48-room Las Olas Resort. After giving the pool bar and restaurant much needed facelifts, can Anthony improve the hotel enough to get the hotel out of 15 years of debt?

Anthony is in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at the 24-room, pet-friendly Sea Shell Motel. Despite being steps away from the boardwalk & beautiful beach, the business is failing and they have terrible online reviews.

Anthony visits the Capital Plaza Hotel in Frankfort, KY, oversized & on the brink of imploding. Employee morale, maintenance issues & top-heavy leadership come to a head when he finds pans of water dangerously left in the ceiling.

Anthony is in historic Galena, Illinois, where the Grant Hills Motel is stuck in the past. When the owner and her sister refuse to work together, Anthony resorts to bringing a therapist in to get the sisters communicating again.

Anthony is in Myrtle Beach at the moldy, foul-smelling Lancer Motel, and he doesn't believe in the owner's son who's hoping to run the business. After putting employees at risk of a bed bug infestation, can Anthony trust the new regime?

Anthony heads to Gatlinburg, TN, home of Smoky Mountain National Park, to help the 120-room Brookside Resort. It is under-staffed, has horrid online reviews, inexperienced managers and he finds pink underwear under a mattress.

Anthony is in Maine helping the historic 33-room Charles Inn. When the owner's ex boyfriend creates a volatile work environment, Anthony needs to diffuse the situation before the hotel ends up like their rocky relationship.
