As with previous years, Mike and Jay close out 2013 by seeing an actual good movie by a well-regarded director. This year it's Martin Scorsese's crime epic The Wolf of Wall Street. Meanwhile, Mr. Plinkett eats a 37 double bacon cheeseburgers because hijinks.

It's January. Mike and Jay celebrate cinema's greatest month by seeing The Legend of Hercules and then try to make up for that by seeing Spike Jonze's latest film Her.

Mike and Jay are joined by a real life Milwaukee police officer to talk about all things Robocop. Bonds are formed, emotional wounds are mended, and everyone learns to love themselves, and each other.

Joined by their new police officer friend, Mike and Jay check out the remake/reboot/rehash Robocop.

After a failed Weekend at Bernie's homage, Jay and Mike discuss two non-Hollywood films in an attempt to regain their sanity.

Mike and Jay see the latest Marvel blockbuster, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and are then challenged by Mr. Plinkett to remember the plots of this endless onslaught of superhero movies.

Mike, Jay, and their new friend Rich Evans check out the most critically praised movie of the year, Transcendence, as well as the obligatory sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man.

Jay and Mike see the new Godzilla movie whilst Richard Evans is forced against his will to watch the 1998 Godzilla movie.

Even though Jay and Mike have never been to college or read a book, they are on Spring Break!. SPRING BREAK!!.

While on a job with a new client, Mike and Jay discuss a film no-one cares about, a film nobody saw and a film nobody likes.

After a year, Mike and Jay return to Mr. Plinkett's house. Once they re-introduce themselves to chairs, the two discuss Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

Mike and Jay check out a recent little indie drama (Guardians of the Galaxy) and a sci fi blockbuster (Boyhood).

Mike and Jay are joined by a construction worker named "Rich" "Evans" to talk about Into the Storm, a found footage rip off of Twister, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a modern day rip off of your childhood heroes.

Mike and Jay discuss some of the movies that they've seen this year that haven't been previously talked about on Half in the Bag.

While in Mr. Plinkett's newly rebuilt house on the edge of a cliff, Mike and Jay discuss 2014 summer movies they've seen including Let's Be Cops, Willow Creek, Bad Words, Jodorowsky's Dune, and Electric Boogaloo: the Untold Story of Cannon Films. Little do they know the increasing danger of their current surroundings!
