Despite a terrible toothache, Aymé hesitates to see a dentist, so Prof. Strauss offers to pull out his tooth. Jamel and Sabri hope to make easy money after Sabri endured an uncomfortable train ride, but their scheme backfires on them.

Temporarily laid off from the hospital, Prof. Strauss finds work at the bar, where he starts to run a successful business behind Sabri's back. Jamel gets intimate with the lady surgeon filling in for Strauss, but Aymé can't be convinced.

With the dean of Paris' hospitals awaiting surgery, the director sees a chance to speed up replacing him at the top, and Sabri fits right into his plan. Aymé dreads hosting a cousin, but switches gears when a pretty lady shows up instead.

When Sabri shows up at the hospital clad as a priest, Aymé sends him to "confess" a religious patient he wishes to know more about, and competition over the prude beauty ensues. Jamel gets a date with a colleague who's obsessed with Santa.

Jamel brought his nephew to the hospital, and babysitter Sabri takes on a re-telling of Snow White to help him pass the time. Aymé hopes a probationary nurse gets the job, but Clara decides otherwise and picks him to break the news to her.

After learning that Clara went to Prof. Strauss for in vitro fertilization, Aymé worries that things may go a-wire, but reality surpasses any fathomable scenario. After inviting Sabri over to visit his new apartment, Jamel goes missing.

Suspecting that his wife is having an affair, the hospital director recruits Sabri to investigate. Jamel meets a beautiful Swedish woman, but if he wants to spend the night with her, he'll have to earn it.

Aymé and Prof. Strauss intend to help each other make good impressions on a possible new boss and a benefit controller, respectively, but a mix up spells trouble. Sabri and Jamel aim to turn the bar into a Michelin star worthy eating spot.

Jamel cooks up a plan for Sabri to help him get his driver's license. After the condom he used with a married colleague broke, Aymé frets over the possibility of having contracted an STD through her potentially also cheating husband.

Determined to be faithful to his newest flame, Aymé zealously follows his psychologist's advice of eating instead of giving into sex with other women. Jamel and Clara practice for "Who Wants to Win Euros?", but Sabri gets selected instead.

After eating poisoned food, Clara and Prof. Strauss find themselves in front of Saint Peter. Jamel and Sabri scramble to hide the two bodies, but when tragedy strikes Aymé also, they have to come up with a new and better concealment plan.
