As Sabri's birthday approaches, Professor Strauss is distraught by the loss of the album containing his stamp collection. Sabri and Jamel endeavor to retrieve the stamps as Aymé tries to find somebody to spend the night with.

In order to buy time to seduce her attractive friend, Aymé prolongs a patient's stay. Sabri struggles with a new intern with proximity issues. Prof. Strauss' memory is failing. Jamel worries he won't get back the money he lent Béatrice.

A suicidal patient asks Aymé to read the manuscript he wrote. To cover up its loss to the man's mother, the staff comes up with an ingenious idea. Jamel's lie about dating a neurology nurse ends up serving him well.

Jealous of Sabri's friendship with a stuntman patient, Aymé finds himself a new best friend of his own. Jamel wants Clara to free him a morning to attend a "Mary Ingalls" meet-and-greet. Prof. Strauss is on the trail of an escaped python.

Following an impromptu sexual encounter with a patient, Béatrice thinks she is pregnant. The rumor spreads that Aymé is the father. Prof. Strauss' cast collection is stolen. For a shot with an obstetrician, Aymé pretends to love children.

Sabri is jealous of a professional clown visiting the hospital's children, but it turns out the man has his own issue with the stretcher bearer. Jamel enters a poetry contest. Aymé's new flat situation leads him to commit the irreparable.

The staff coaches Béatrice on how to be more "feminine". Clara believes a judoka patient to be a victim of domestic abuse, but the psychologist appointed to check on the woman soon makes a case of the chief nurse instead.

Clara and Aymé feel differently about Clara's mother visiting. Sabri's desire to impress a new conquest leads him to jeopardize his health. Béatrice talks Jamel into militating for improved employee conditions.

With his sister interning at the hospital, Jamel makes Aymé promise he will stay away from her. A conversation with Béatrice turns Sabri into a firm believer in reincarnation. Prof. Strauss solicits Clara's help to win back his ex-wife.

Jamel's "defenseless little ball of fur" isn't a hit in the orthopedic wing. Sabri auditions for a "gay" part in a small production. Professor Strauss is devastated by the loss of his dog.

Aymé relies on Jamel's coaching to win over an intern who isn't his typical type. Béatrice recruits Sabri to teach the stretcher bearing ropes to the son of Prof. Strauss' friend. With her own flat flooded, Clara stays over at Béatrice's.

As a blood campaign runs at the hospital, Clara pressures a reluctant Aymé to give. Rémi believes he knows the female journalist on location to cover the event. Jamel deals with a shady character bringing blood bottles in a briefcase.

Sabri takes his role of helping convalescing actress Micheline Presle rehearse a part a little too seriously. The son of an ex-patient brings Jamel and Aymé a seemingly worthless gift. Clara is offered a job at another establishment.

After Prof. Strauss breaks a leg, a new surgeon is in the house whose different methods soon have everyone wishing him out. Béatrice gets her hopes high with a hunk who ran her car over. Jamel and Sabri envy Aymé's new sneakers.

After failing to step in to prevent a mugging, Aymé looks for a way to make up for his cowardice. Béatrice can't seem to recall the events of the previous night. Clara has a young new beau. Sabri perfects accents for upcoming auditions.

Clara and Aymé get trapped in the hospital morgue. Béatrice tries to trace a man Jamel told her wanted her to hit him up but whose name he forgot. Jamel and Sabri are involved in a lucrative under the counter pizza business.

When Prof. Strauss' brother drops by unexpected, the staff soon notices something strange about their relationship. Sabri challenges Jamel not to utter a single lie for a whole day. The staff tries to cheer up a broken up with Clara.

The husband of his latest fling staying at the hospital spells trouble for Aymé. After her grandmother's passing, Jamel endeavors to make Béatrice go through an emotional release. Hoping to achieve a sexier voice, Sabri picks up smoking.

Jamel and Aymé become attached to the bunny Béatrice bought to be the meal at the upcoming service dinner. As Pierre Palmade writhes in pain from a smashed knee, Sabri plans a successful double act with the comedian.

A new dwarf intern with a smothering sense of humor creates uneasiness among the staff. Clara's new man bears an uncanny resemblance to Aymé. A failed attempt to open a jam jar drives Sabri to start training to develop his strength.
