Those surviving the massacre in Moldavia are separated and held at the palace as the terrorists assume power; Krystle and Alexis are imprsioned in the palace dungeon; Sammy Jo reveals her scheme to Rita; Fallon, suffering from amnesia, reacts to seeing the name Colby.

Blake secures the release of Krystle and Alexis, and the families return from Moldavia; Luke is buried; Rita's boyfriend Joel is anxious to help Sammy Jo further her scheme; Alexis is preoccupied with Galen's welfare; Fallon tells Miles she has amnesia.

Blake receives a business proposition from Jason Colby, whom he hasn't seen in 20 years; Jeff's Aunt Constance summons him to California when she learns her brother Jason is dying; the State Department questions Blake about Moldavian politics; Rita undergoes plastic surgery to complete her 'Krystle Look.'

Krystle makes a surprise visit to Sammy Jo in New York; Adam follows Claudia to San Francisco; Constance awards nephew Jeff 50% of Colby Enterprises; Dominique is paid a visit by a mysterious man from her past.

Alexis learns Galen is alive in Moldavia; Jeff plans to move to California; Adam and Claudia are married; Krystle pays a surprise visit to Sammy Jo and spots her double, Rita.

Krystle is held at Delta Rho Farms while Rita impersonates her at the mansion; Dex is captured in Moldavia; The Colby family arrives in Denver to attend Blake's party; Jeff spots Fallon among the guests.

Dex is captured by the Moldavian army, however, dressed as a nun, Alexis safely crosses over the border. Adam tells Blake about his marriage to Claudia and an angry Blake counters by telling Adam that he is changing his will to leave Adam $1. The Colby family arrives in Denver from California. Steven is upset when he learns that Rita/Krystle has invited Sammy Jo to stay in the Carrington mansion. Jeff spots Fallon during the party at the mansion.

Dex orchestrates a dramatic rescue in Moldavia; Jeff discovers a clue to Fallon's wherabouts; Little Blake realizes Rita is not Krystle; Dominique places a mysterious overseas call.

After reaching safety, a paralyzed King Galen is hospitalized; Joel poses as a doctor to gain entry to the mansion; Claudia inherits and oil well; Rita drugs Blake; Galen makes Alexis a powerful promise from his hospital bed.

Sammy Jo panics at Blake's possible discovery of Krystle's captivity; Claudia plots with Adam to get her oil well back; Galen promises to make Alexis a powerful woman as he attempts to regain the throne.

Rita fears detection when Blake schedules an appointment for her with his doctor; Galen continues his scheming to regain the throne; Michael solely decides that he and Amanda will start a family.

Joel tells Rita that she must sleep with Blake; Joel and the real Krystle are seen together at a roadhouse; Galen sends Michael to New York for help; Adam offers Bart Fallmont a bribe to insure the pipeline's successs.

When Blake threatens divorce, Rita takes drastic action; Galen hides his recovery as he plots to regain the thron; Jonathan accepts a position with Bart Fallmont; Amanda receives a foreboding sign about Michael.

Blake receives the fatal dose of poison; Sammy Jo discovers a suspicious vial; Krystle attempts two deceptive escapes; a fist-fight breaks out over the pipeline; Dex battles for construction rights; Claudia takes on the Carringtons; Alexis receives a call from a stranger.

Galen plots his comeback; Alexis' long-lost sister appears; Joel and Rita plan their final move; Blake's life is in danger.

Blake is rushed to the hospital. Adam realizes that he has been written out of his father's will and desperately tries to convince Blake to sign a new will.

Krystle poses as Rita and escapes; Joel and Rita crash over a cliff; Alexis plots Krystle's demise; Dex confronts Galen.

A slanderous reporter causes Krystle's emotional breakdown; Fallon returns home concealing a disturbing secret; Amanda dtermines to divorce Michael; Dex and Amanda spend the night together; Alexis learns of her sister's release.

Alexis finds Amanda and Dex in bed together; Krystle turns the tables on Alexis; Adam looks into Bart Fallmont's past.

Blake's hunt for Rita and Joel intensifies; Alexis drives Dex and Amanda back together while Blake attempts to separate the two; Adam threatens to expose Bart's secret; Caress pays a visit to Alexis; a humiliated Alexis promises Blake's destruction.

Caress discovers Emily and Ben's secret and Blake is double-crossed by an old friend. Alexis schemes to turn the Chinese government against Blake; Claudia threatens to reveal Adam's power of attorney over Denver-Carrington.

Blake is tricked into borrowing money from Alexis; Jackie returns home to some shocking news; Blake learns the identity of the woman who can save his reputation; ignored by family and taunted by a reporter, Amanda attempts suicide.

The guilt-ridden Alexis fears she is too late when she finds Amanda unconscious; Dominique proposes to Garrett; Steven believes he may lose Danny to Sammy Jo and Clay; Ben makes special plans for Caress and Alexis.

Successfully proving Blake and Alexis dishonorable, Ben is given control of the South China Sea leases; Steven attempts to uncover Adam's secret; Dominique's wedding day approaches; Sammy Jo and Clay find romance by candlelight.
