After a cold winter home, the proppers eagerly return to Salou (Catalonia, Spain)- only to learn the owner, Victor Bismarck, fired Robin and plans to sell Costa. Tommy saves teenager Vicky, ignoring she's Victor's brat, bored and clingy. Begging gets them a week reprieve. To make the club's reopening an instant hit, they plan a striptease- harder then it looks. More obstacles and surprises.

Just because manager Tommy was late for the renewal appointment with Salou's alderman Gonzales, Costa looses its municipal liquor license. His Dutch wife may be the answer- or make it much worse. A cellist programs Bart's cellphone ringtone, and wants the favor returned by- defloration, which her fate seems to prevent. Costa's beverages cooling is out of order, a repairman too expensive.

Tommy decides to Cyrano-coach his visiting, nerdier cousin Willem, who actually met equally timid Sandra on the bus. It turns out she's coached by Tommy's mate Agnetha, and discovering both Cyrano's decide to plan the 'perfect date' in cahoots. Divorced father Frank loves his ten-year old Brandon, but the cute rascal keeps getting lost. Bart neatly planned to spend one 'monogamous' week each with Roos and actress Marrijn, but both turn up simultaneously. Worse, they meet and discover his serial flirtation.

Bart has fallen for haughty Dutch barmaid Boni, who hates all boys. He gets to her with free tango lessons. He's furious to learn sister Frida took his heirloom grandma's ring for her impending lesbian wedding. It's illegal in Spain, but a wacky gay priest will celebrate a showy queer service. Tommy and Agnetha are appointed witnesses in charge of the rings, apparently cursed, (or is that wedding), as an ex turns up- but confused by their own love. Vicky falls for didgeridoo player Yuri, a well-traveled philosopher.

Yuri is now proper. When his shy friend Luc falls in love with sassy Laura, whom he also digs, he generously acts as Luc's poetic Cyrano. Alas that doesn't pair with Bjorn's caveman-suggestions, and worse: they are caught out. Agnetha is madly jealous of Sabine, Tommy's ex and 'spare bride' by agreement, till that year. So she plays a dirty game, only to be caught out, while Sabine isn't clear about her intentions.

After a scary prank from Yuri, gullible Vicky inspires a new party theme: horror. Suddenly 'magic' seems to be everywhere. Tommy and Agnetha still 'professionally date' others, but to Stuart's amusement hardly score anymore. Tommy's Lisa however is a transsexual. Vicky convinces herself Maya is a ghost, in fact her evil side is a cruel trick she plays on Yuri.

Tommy and Agnetha are now jealous, even of attraction to passing by celebrities. Baby-setting a relative's child clearly doesn't square with professional nightlife. This one comes with a even worse bossy 'step-mom'. Ice is sick of her Codta bar job, so she earns a spot in the Empire by seducing soccer stars, yet ends up elsewhere.

Apparently lover Agnetha is the only woman who doesn't get Tommy 'hard', driving both desperate for 'potency remedies'. A Dutch student's documentary on propper-client interaction isn't as flattering as it sounded, worse then Yuri warned but differently.

Tommy enthusiastically helps a sex addicts club's annual 'weird places to have sex' guide prepare a Salou entry. Alas he suffers a sex OD with consequences. Dutch undercover agent Jamie must investigate the illegal CD sale. She gets Yuri to engage her as propper for a week, but discloses to him and is found out by blabbermouth Vicky: cover blown. A girly magazine wants a proper diary.

At Salou's annual dance marathon, Stuart bets Ice, who wins 500 Euro or must strip dance at his Empire club, which also hires professionals. She hopes to get Yuri as dance partner, but he's insulted she's not interested romantically. Tommy's gang must tutor Vicky for make-up exams. Caught at recruiting few customers, Tommy regains his day-zeal. A condom misunderstanding causes jealousy. Agnetha is closet gay Benno's alibi date; Tommy to help a girl pretend she has an affair, until her jealous fiancé Jeroen turns up.

Tommy winds Propper of the year and decides to make his relationship with Agetha public. She wants to help DJ Fernando, Tommy won't allow amateurs, but Fernando gets stuck in Barcelona. Stuart is a hateful minder for kid brother Sander, forbidding the shy teenager to 'consort' with Costa trash Vicky, who gets a similar reaction from 'dad' Tommy. So the pair escapes, the rivals team up to catch them.

Victor Bismarck is back, pleased how well the boys run Costa, but determined to put their talents to better use. He offers them better jobs elsewhere. initially only Tomy accepts becoming a restaurant manager, after proving his hand at the local posh bar, the others refuse. Soon finding out about perks and drawbacks -mainly whether being separated- make everyone reconsider. Bart is back, to earn money for his ongoing world tour, and offers to take Juri along.
