Tommy leads a team of 'proppers', sexy youngsters whose job is to attract customers to a club in Salou, a Spanish bathing resort, where Stuart leads the rival club's boys and girls ruthlessly. Frida, on Tommy's gang, gets a visit from Michelle, a naive younger youth friend. She starts dating Frida's boy Bart, just for the kicks. Soon things get complicated.

Bart enjoys a visit from his Dutch mates Aart and Rik, but hurts his ankle: wheelchair. Thus he meets handicapped travel facilities reporter Fabienne, who assumes his condition is also permanent. Janet has a job for Aura perfume, which alas stinks. The Costa manager isn't amused when Bjorn's flirting makes the perfume's campaign face desertion, so her own manager changes the event venue.

A secret weapon in the rivalry between clubs are celebrity performances. Stuart has booked the Dutch Boy Band for Empire, a tough act to beat for Costa's proper team. However it turns out that lead-singer, Charly Luske, knows some people on Costa's side from Holland. Tommy is even more motivated to please a die-hard fan of Charlie's. Bart has a sweet idyll with fellow-naive, Flemish country girl Tess. A blind cane suckers Janet in another dumb gig, lottery tickets.

Tommy and Bart are unlikely potential converts for Peter's pious group, which preaches to 'reserve' all sex for special occasions, by contract. Empire's Ted succeeds in loosing two girls to Costa- carriers of crap-lice. Dutch dad Herman grudgingly granted his family a few days of his well-planned Spanish holiday in Salou before heading inland, but daughter Quirine (17) sneaks out to conquer some independence. The bickering makes ma slip out the major family secret. Janet thought to have landed an advertisement job- actually wearing silly costumes.

Dutch shy, virgin jock Sander finally gets a shot at romance when both Agnetha and Frida fall for his gentle puppy-look. Alas, first his shallow mates Dennis and Frank, whose sole goal is the one night conquest-count, get him drunk till he vomits, then the girls get jealous by misunderstanding. Tommy comes to empire's Kama Sutra guru-act to ridicule it, but falls for the promise of sevenfold orgasms an hour on the swing. Fun-loving Marcel booked Salou for his workaholic fiancée Jacqueline, who dumps on it before arrival till they part- only to make each-other jealous ...

Tommy is excited when Costa's legendary first generation flippant propper Kees 'Flipper' turns up, to 'celebrate' his responsible teenage son Seth's anniversary. The boy only has eyes for Agnetha, dad feels he must 'let go'. Bragging over his devil's rock dive 20 years ago ends up accepting a dare from Stuart, staking his sports-car. Sexual minorities drive Tommy nuts. Frida is delighted to welcome her school flame Martin, now a DJ- until she learns he's contract by Stuart.

Girls waiting for Internet dates, Frank and Stan, mistakenly think proper kids look the part. Tomy sees Roos as another conquest challenge, Bart genuinely wants to help Annemiek find her boy. It turns out they're couriers in Stuarts' trade in cuddly animals stuffed with drugs. When that's discovered, another scam complicates things. The pills Qgnetha took result in a nasty surprise.

Tommy is tired of losing the annual clubs beach volleyball tournament against Empire. He asks his Flemish friend Josse Peters, a volleyball professional, to enlist as 'part-time propper', behind the back of his Dutch mates, who want to play it straight. Of course Stuart has a trick up his sleeve too. Janet's latest jobs only loose money, and hurt 'customers', except being a nerd's Innocent 'escort', secretly hired by his mate. Only that hearts her jealous fiancé, ex-propper Rens, who is back after three months.

Costa isn't confident that they can win the clubs' annual dance contest again, now that the winners Rens and Janet have split up. They even insist on dancing with other partners, including Tommy, who realizes that's not his best skill. Stuart's right hand man, Ted, insists on staring as a Michael Jackson clone. Meanwhile Costa's boss, Robin's ex, has arrived with her daughter, but although he wants to travel the world with her she also has eyes for another.

The happy couple plans a wedding real fast. Janet worries when her father, who left her ma, refuses to come. Rens wants his pa to stay away, who always wanted him to become a lawyer, like him and Rens's twin Camiel, who did, but happily welcomes his brother.
