After arriving in Orlando, Hayden wants to do nothing but prepare for his first season, but Doris insists on Hayden attending a number of social events.

After making a fool of himself in front an Orlando crowd, Hayden must attempt to do some damage control before his NFL head-coaching debut.

Luther enjoys his day in the sun when he moves into a retirement home and has three women competing for his affection.

Hayden and Christine look into adopting a baby. During the process they run into problems.

Hayden and Christine meet with a young pregnant woman, Julie, whose baby they would like to adopt.

Hayden is ecstatic to find out his previous star quarterback from Minnesota State is interested in joining the NFL from the Canadian League.

Hayden is having a hard time on a talk show,but is relieved when Christine gets the job on the talk show.

Wanting to invest in his future after football, Luther asks Hayden to help him purchase a small tourist attraction with two massive turtles who may not have long to live.

Luther's beloved Bassett hound, Quincy, passes away and the loss hits Luther very hard resulting in Doris insisting on a remembrance party for Quincy.

Quincy's death sparks a relationship between Luther and Doris, which causes Hayden concern on how it will affect Luther's performance at work.

The Burleighs surprise Hayden in Orlando for a weekend visit, but their visit grows to be a week which makes Hayden question why they're really there.

Hayden promises Howard he will help him find a new job in Orlando and requests Doris' help. However, Howard is unhappy with the position she finds for him and takes it out on Hayden.

Hayden is desperate to win the final game of the season for his first NFL win, but Doris has a different priority concerning Hayden's hunky back-up tight end that turns into a major distraction.

Hayden is ready to start revamping his professional team for the next season and plans to cut a veteran player from the team whom everyone likes, including Christine.

Hayden and Christine seem to be getting along great with Julie, who has chosen them to adopt her unborn baby, before the father of the child shows up, which upsets Julie a great deal.

Coach is concerned how his yard appears to be growing in bad shape and decides to have a word with the gardener, whom he finds is a little out of the ordinary.

Hayden gets diagnosed with low testosterone and starts using supplemental testosterone patches. Luther gets a hold of them and hilarity ensues.

Doris decides to sell the team to LA after a miserable season, but Hayden and the other coaches believe they should stay in Orlando. They hold a pep rally to show Doris how much support the team really has.

Dauber wants to purchase a new vehicle on his own despite Hayden's willingness to help. Dauber then finds himself in over his head with the price of the car he buys.

Hayden is bitten by a monkey in his office resulting in an overnight quarantine for him and his friends.

Luther sues Hayden for a burn suffered during a barbecue and Hayden is willing to go to court purely to prove that Luther is an idiot.

Hayden's coaching ability is pitted against Luther's and Dauber's when they run a football camp for older men.

Luther is afraid Doris is ashamed of him and insists she take him with her on a hunting retreat with her friends.

The Orlando Breakers have the pick for the NFL draft, but Hayden is having trouble picking the perfect player.

Julie is preparing to go into labor, and concerns arise for Hayden and Christine on whether or not they'll receive the baby when Julie's father and boyfriend show back up.
