At California All Stars Smoed, cheerleaders come and go, but Coach Eddie Rios always finds a way to maintain his high standards of success. This year, he'll have to building a winning team from scratch without Coach Orby Orta. Meet the new look of Cali Smoed, as they gear up for a run at the five-peat on the season premier of Cheerleaders.

This new group of cheerleaders is bonding like never before. But for Eddie, assessments are the first order of business and nobody is safe from cuts. With the addition of an extra boy and girl to the team, everyone is feeling the heat.

This week Eddie gives a lesson in what happens if you don't give him 100%, and it's not pretty. This new crop of cheerleaders are quick to find out that there's no room for excuses and stragglers will be left behind.

The new members of SMOED are starting to really bond and have some fun but the countdown is on for the boys as only 4 of them will secure a coveted spot on the team. When a new boy comes to the gym he shakes things up.

Cali Smoed may have an abundance of boys and the search is on for girls to fill the roster. But having one more girl means needing one less boy.

Meet Michelle, one of the newer members of the Smamily. SMOED is a tough team to get on, but it's even harder to stay. The threat of cuts has been looming over the boys' heads for weeks, and the day has finally come for a member of the brotherhood to pack up and head home.

After a summer filled with uncertainty, the squad finds out that one of their members has decided to make the tough decision of leaving the team.

Eddie and Orby have coached cheerleading side by side for years. This season is a bit different because Orby is coaching the new Small Coed Level 6 Team, Reckless. With a few familiar faces on the team from Cali Smoed, they are in for a fun time.

The team returns from a back to school break to find out that Eddie has made a few roster changes. Although it's a shock to some of the team...the show must go on. Eddie moves up two people from Snipers in hopes that they can step up to the plate. But being on Cali Smoed isn't easy.

A string of injuries has gotten coach Eddie thinking that the team is cursed. With the California All Stars showcase coming up in just a few weeks some of the team members aren't so sure about their dream of being on the coveted Cali Smoed will come true.

Being away from home can be rough. With the delay into the performance season, one member decides that it might not be worth it. With Jade home for surgery a new member joins the cheerleading team in hopes of earning a permanent spot. Will a language barrier have her lost in translation? Watch and see Cali Smoed work as a team to overcome their recent setbacks.

Madi has taken on a new position in cheerleading. Growing up on Cali SMOED with Eddie as a coach means being able to adapt to whatever is thrown your way.

It's that time of the season for the dreaded 5 full outs. Eddie may have decided to pull the team from the annual Cali Showcase but that doesn't mean the team is catching a break.

Eddie brings in some reinforcements to give a few finishing touches to the routine but first it's time to trim some of the fat. The coaches need to shorten the routine and add in elements before they can throw an official full out.

Cali Smoed has been chosen to appear on the cover of the Worlds edition for Inside Cheerleading Magazine. It's time to get out of the gym and head out to the wilderness of Ojai to take team photos with J. Tori Photography.

Cali Smoed is used to having Eddie drill them day in and day out. This practice he decides to bring in a strong female that can push the team to their limits. The teams first performance is just weeks away and they just learned a new pyramid.

Sickness and injury have been plaguing the team's preseason flow, but now it's time to put the final pieces together, and really make a Cali SMOED statement.

It's competition time. With the team feeling pressure to preform, Eddie is making sure the team is staying loose, and keeping their spirits high before the event. While everyone is having a good time, it's no excuse for sloppy mistakes. Everyone will need to be 100% to maintain Cali SMOED's high level of excellence.

The holiday spirit has arrived at California Allstars. Instead of having their annual Christmas dinner, Coach Eddie and Orby have a plan to give back to those who need it most. Both Team Reckless and Cali SMOED are taking time away from the mat to spread holiday joy around the community.

Here we go. Now that all the hard work during practice has been put in, it's time for the team to hit the floor. With the bar set high by their predecessors, can this squad surpass expectations, and become the first to hit a clean routine during their season opener?

After a great first performance at the GSSA So Cal Classic, it's time for the team to get back to the gym and amp up their routine. Upping the difficulty adds a bit of pressure to some of the team members. A fun birthday surprise might be just what the team needs to take the edge off.

Cheerleaders is back and competition season is underway. Both Cali SMOED and Team Reckless are gunning after a bid to the cheerleading world championships, but with only one bid up for grabs there can be no mistakes.

It's Day 1 of the GSSA Cheerleading Championships in Los Angeles, CA. The pressure is on for both Cali SMOED and Team Reckless as they chase the bid to the World Cheerleading Championships.

It's Day 2 of the GSSA Cheerleading Championships in Los Angeles, CA. Cali SMOED and Team Reckless are in the warmup room doing all they can to make sure they hit zero on the score sheet. With only one full paid bid up for grabs it's time for the teams to pull together more now then ever.

Day Two of the competition is here, and it's time for Team Reckless and SMOED to step up and take the mat. There are four teams all going for the coveted paid bid to the World Championships.

Cali SMOED is back from break, and ready to get to work. This is the first time in three years that the team hasn't received a paid bid from GSSA. Frustration is rising amongst Coach Eddie as he continues to make roster changes. The time for mistakes is over and everyone is replaceable.

Goodbye's are never easy, especially when it comes to family. Fortunately enough, the SMOED family is always there for love and support, especially with the annual Lock-In fundraiser. Kids from all over the country get a chance to get to know the Cheerleaders by spending the night, and competing in fun games and challenges.

A call to an old teammate is a sure reminder that anything can happen in cheerleading. It seems as though the team is experiencing the palm springs curse before they event set foot at the competition. Without a bid the they need to do whatever they can to come together and stay positive.

It looks like some members of Cali SMOED are really starting to feel the pressure. With NCA cheerleading nationals quickly approaching Eddie is laying down the law.

The team is back from Dallas and have temporarily relocated to a new gym. The new space is different and could make it difficult to focus for the next few weeks of practice. With injuries, illness, and shaky partner stunts, the team is struggling, but they will have to make it work if they want to win the world championships.

Love is in the air for young Madi. However, things are not all rainbows and smiles in the practice room. With worlds just a month away, the team isn't bringing the fire. Stunts aren't hitting and veteran's aren't stepping up.

This is the last practice before the squad leaves for Champions League. Last year they got second in their division so this season they are going for the gold. However, the team isn't practicing like champions. With only one practice left before they leave, it's now or never for Cali Smoed.

It's time to head to head off to Champions League, but first Coach Eddie calls in the team for a special practice featuring Meg Deangelis from "Hey Guys, it's Meg!" Although it's a nice change of pace, Washington, D.C. awaits for Cali Smoed to try and take back their first place title in the coed division.

The team is off to the Champions League Prom dressed to the nines but they can't forget it's time to work. The California All Stars are putting in work for the practice round to reclaim and defend their titles.

It's time for The California All Stars to hit the floor at champions league but there can only be one coed Grand Champion.

Cali is SMOED is back in the gym and putting in work for their final competition before the World Cheerleading Championships. Eddie brings back Kenny Feeley to help reinforce the basics and maybe even put a smile on the kids faces.

It's time for the GSSA Cali Finale and Cali SMOED has come to secure a win before they head off to Orlando.

The end of the season is near and Cali SMOED has one last chance to prove that they are a team that can HIT both days before heading to the World Cheerleading Championships.

The team is back from Cali Finale and it's time for SMOED and Reckless to come together in their final send off before World Cheerleading Championships. It's one of the last times that everyone on the team will be together and, despite some technical difficulties, they're ready to hit the mat.

After months of blood, sweat and tears, Cali SMOED hops on a plane to Orlando, Florida for the World Cheerleading Championships. With minutes left before takeoff the team quickly realizes that not everyone has made it onto the plane.

The cheerleaders are in Orlando and it's finally time for Day 1 of the World Cheerleading Championships. The team is looking good at practice, but they have to make sure that they stay just as confident when they're on the competition mat.

After two unexpected stunt falls during their Day 1 performance, Cali SMOED just barely makes it into the final Top 10. The team heads over to the Top Gun Cheerleading facility to have one final practice before the most important day of the year.

It all comes down to this. It's Day 2 at the World Cheerleading Championships and the team is going for the unheard of, a 5-peat. The team comes together to realize that they all have to be in it to win it.
