With Fred not sleeping the gang decides it is time for a vacation. However their relaxation is short lived when a monster shark terrorizes the beach. The gang must solve the mystery whilst making sure Fred relaxes and doesn't get involved.

When Scooby falls sick, the gang immediately rushes him to the hospital, only to discover it is being haunted by a werewolf. The gang must help Scooby and solve the mystery.

The gang heads to a renaissance fair from Velma's childhood and must act out the middle ages. A mystery is revealed when the spirit of a jester begins attacking the fair and the gang must quickly come to the rescue.

Shaggy and Scooby, sick of the monsters and mysteries, leave the Mystery Gang.

The gang decides to go to a dog show in New York, but they soon discover a mystery. With Fred undercover, Scooby trying to win the respect of other dogs, and Velma and Shaggy switching personalities, it's going to be a tough case to crack.

The gang is on a 3-day trip on a train, but when 8 monsters from different parts of the world appear, it's time for action. The monsters are the Grim Reaper, a Mummy, Tzitzimitl, Haniver, a Manticore, Hemogoblin, Tengu, and Tarasque.

The gang goes trick or treating on Halloween night but Velma seems to think that Halloween is a disrespect to history while Daphne, Shaggy and Scooby have the opposite opinion. Meanwhile Fred believes you can't solve a mystery on Halloween. But all is explained when the gang runs into a witch and Fred reveals that he ran into the same witch 11 years ago with his cousin.

When a legendary crab monster known as the Kaniaku starts terrorizing Japan, it's up to the gang to stop this creepy crustacean from destroying the big celebration.

When the ghost of a towns founder begins to scare people away, Velma is forced to go undercover - as a mayoral candidate.

The gang travels to Britain in 1843-ish and runs into Scrooge who claims he was attacked by the ghost of his partner Jacob Marley and that three more ghosts are coming. The gang agrees to solve the mystery but Velma wonders if she has more potential than just solving mysteries.

Fred accidentally parks the Mystery Machine in the cockpit of a Space Shuttle. The gang arrives at a space station only to find that an alien virus has infected the crew. Can Scooby and the gang solve this mystery before they get infected?

To get out of a blizzard, the gang decides to spend the night in the Good Son Inn. However, they soon discover that the inn is haunted by the ghost of the owners mother. Will the gang be able to solve the mystery and save the inn?

When the last film of a famous slapstick comedy actor from the silent movie era is found, his ghost begins terrorizing the studio. Will the gang be able to deal with the ghost and Daphne's tour guide narration?

When the gang visits a magic palace, they learn that a demon bunny is scaring away the magicians. With Fred trying to be a magician, Daphne on roller skates, and Velma debunking every magic act, will the gang still be able to stop this rabbit?

When the gang is trapped in an ancient Greek palace, they find a scroll containing a tale of four kids and a dog solving a mystery in ancient Greece. Will this scroll tell them what they need to know to get out of the palace?

Shaggy's friend Amelia invites Shaggy and the gang to a party. But Shaggy discovers that Amelia has become a goth. After realizing he has feelings for her Shaggy starts to feel bad that he hasn't changed at all so he decides he too will become a goth. But a mystery appears when an evil plant monster attacks the gang.

The gang gets caught up in international espionage and intrigue when they cross paths with British secret agent, Jenny Vex, and must help her complete her dangerous mission of stopping an evil mercenary called Minus from killing breakfast.

Fred's worst nightmare comes true when an evil spirit possesses the Mystery Machine and turns his beloved van into an unrelenting monster out to destroy him and the gang before they can solve the mystery.

Daphne brings the gang to a fancy Ice Hotel co-owned by her family where a new exhibit of ice age artifacts is opening. Things heat up, however, when a frozen Ice Man thaws out and goes on a rampage inside the hotel.

The gang heads to Shaggy's beloved grandmother's Florida retirement home, where they learn a crazed Ape Man has been frightening the elderly residents.

Scooby runs into an old kennel mate Axel who is a highly trained Police dog who thinks mystery of the Junk yard monster is too big a case for the gang.

When a video game company tries to buy an old algorithm from Velma and convince her to work for them in San Francisco, the gang becomes embroiled in the mystery of a video game villain who has seemingly come to life, the Ghost Chef.

The gang goes to Salem, Massachusetts for a historical festival, only to discover history repeating itself as a demon has been set loose on the town, summoned by a witch as revenge for the infamous 17th Century Salem Witch Trials.

Two short stories. The first is about an Animatronic Possum that becomes possessed and runs amok in Shaggy's favourite childhood Video Arcade. The second see's Fred come face to face with his longstanding nemesis Captain Cutler who seems to have turned over new leaf as a restaurateur but is plagued by a ghostly pirate.

Fred and the gang are called in to help with a mystery involving a figure from Fred's past, Professor Huh? Fred discovers Rose, with whom he learned mystery solving until they had a falling out, has also arrived with her gang.
