Arthur makes a new pen pal who lives in Turkey, but accidentally goes overboard with some of his questions; Buster's mom and her boyfriend break up and Buster does everything he can to put them together again.

Fern wants to climb Moose Mountain, but with Francine bickering with her, how can she enjoy herself? Meanwhile Binky feels unappreciated after helping Rattles, but learns what happens without acts of kindness.

Arthur comes up with a great idea to charge money for a snow shoveling service, but when Buster invades his turf, it's not just a business, it's a battle. Meanwhile the Brain wakes up trapped in the body of a cockroach.

Inspired by how Mary Shelley wrote "Frankenstein", Fern holds a scary story contest, but is her story a little too scary?; Binky gives DW dance lessons, but he's the one who needs more practice.

When Francine gets sick and vomits in the cafeteria, she worries that she will be made fun of. The Sugar Bowl is closing and Sue Ellen tries to stop a chicken company from buying.

Buster's going of to meet his estranged dad in beautiful New York City. Best of all, he's got a video camera from Bitzy to capture the whole experience.

Mr. Ratburn has decided to switch desks on the hottest day of the year, but none of the students can put up with having their personal belongings defaced. Meanwhile, Arthur has to give up his childhood teddy bear.

Muffy puts on an art show, but takes credit for some sculptures that actually made by Bailey, her butler. When Vicita's crib is replaced with a "big girl" bed, DW tells her the story of how she how she grew out of her crib.

Pal has a flea and tries to get rid of it, but the flea has had an interesting life and wants to share his story; D.W. tries to get a boy to kiss her, after Emily tells her she was kissed by one.

George writes a blues song; DW learns about swear words.
