In the first story, graffiti starts popping up over town saying "Binky Rules", when Binky Barnes says he's not the one doing it, it turns about to publicity stunt for a new band called "Binky". In the second story, Arthur and his friends are invited backstage to meet the band, Binky, and discover something that makes them different from other bands.
