Tosaki must resign due to letting Ko and Kei escape and for failing to stop Sato. Sato threatens to kill over a dozen people conspiring against Ajin, unless the government admits to the experiments. At the same time, Kei and Ko talk about trapping Sato. Needing help with this task, they seek to ally with Yu Tosaki. His girlfriend is currently in a hospital in a coma, which will be the perfect place for a forced meeting They confront each other and Kei proposes the alliance against Sato, to which Tosaki agrees, though somewhat reluctantly. Kei and Ko receive a visit from someone they both thought to be dead.

Tosaki has made a plan to catch Sato, but Kei is not feeling as if he is a true part of the team.

Kaito protects his new cellmate Takeshi, who is being targeted by some unpleasant fellow prisoners.

Tosaki is questioned by Almeida and Myers, but struggles to be convincing.

Tosaki's capture means that the rest of the team must change their plans.

Kei and the others try to stop Almeida's car before it gets to the U.S. Embassy.
