The crew make an Epyptian statue cake for the musical "Joseph". They also fly to South Beach, Miami to participate at the Food and Wine Festival.

Duff builds his tallest cake ever, which is modeled after an Egyptian pharaoh, and transporting it proves to be a huge challenge. Later, Duff and Lauren are tasked with making a cake, on stage, in just 45 minutes.

Tina Fey asks Duff to make a cake that will appear in an episode of 30 Rock (2006). She also requests a second cake as a surprise for the cast and crew to celebrate their season finale.

Duff gets a surprise visit from Norm Abram. The crew create a wedding cake of a couple in bed, a groom's cake of Knight Rider's K.I.T.T car, an Indiana Jones Lego cake for Drew Carey, and a cake for the USA Disabled Hockey Festival.

Germany's Neuschwanstein Castle is recreated in cake. Also: Duff and Katherine deliver a cake to a bat refuge.

Duff travels to Boston and dons a tuxedo to deliver a cake to the Boston Symphony Orchestra. While in Beantown, he also throws out the first pitch at a Red Sox game. Also: a huge trophy-shaped cake is created.

The crew takes a boat ride in the Port of Baltimore, in search of inspiration for a sailing-theme cake. Then, they create a cake to celebrate the 70th anniversary of a historic hot-dog stand, but later learn it burned down.

A high-flying rocket cake is made, after Duff takes a ride with the Navy's Blue Angels flying squadron.

Geof and Mary Alice head to his hometown of Pottstown, Pa., to deliver a cake to a Relay for Life cancer fund-raiser; they also judge a local bake-off. Meanwhile, Duff hangs out with the famous PS22 fifth-grade chorus on Staten Island, N.Y.

Duff works on a cake for the 85th anniversary of the Grand Ole Opry, and complications ensure when it starts sagging before show time.

Duff turns his RV into a traveling bakery and heads to Franklin Grove, Illinois, where he'll create a cake celebrating the tiny town's 175th anniversary.
