The Make a Wish Foundation makes a 9 year old's wish come true. Children design their parent and step-parent's wedding cake. A Southwest airplane logo gets united with the Baltimore flag.

NBA star Carmelo Anthony and his mom visit. Duff makes a trophy cake for Carmelo's fund-raising tournament for HOOD Movement. Geof makes a piano wedding cake. Ben makes a naval battleship for a retiring naval officer.

The crew makes a display cake of the Radio City Music Hall with the Rockettes, Santa, and, of course, lighting. They also make a gift box cake and take donated toys from Hasbro to the Ronald McDonald House.
