Himeno has been featured in a fashion magazine! Could it be that she's working part-time as a model? Suspicion and wild ideas fill the minds of Nozomi and Kyoko, but what is the real story?

Manami has four younger sisters: a set of triplets and an even younger fourth sister. When Manami orders the triplets to stay home and watch their sister, the four youngest Mitama sisters experience a truly mysterious phenomenon.
