Mirja Turestedt

Mirja Turestedt was born on Sep 24, 1972 in Sweden. Mirja Turestedt's big-screen debut came with Lejontämjaren directed by Manne Lindwall in 2003. Mirja Turestedt graduated from The National Academy of Music and Drama in Sweden in 2002. Since then she has played everything from contemporary drama to Shakespeare, Lagerlof and Strindberg. She's done major parts in television series, TV-theatre and TV-film. She is starring in the leading role as Maria in the feature "Unmoored" which will be released in 2022. She has a bachelor of Arts and speaks fluent English, Spanish, French, Italian and Bulgarian.
