Season 2 begins with a flashback to the day of the zombie apocalypse. The trio - pre-blog-making antics - finish off their dissertations and head out into the streets with the 'fourth housemate' Adam. Which could prove to be a bad move.

The day has finally come when Miles and Tony must decide what to do when one of their own is bitten and succumbs to the zombie plague. However, their plan backfires immediately as they find themselves in a sticky situation...

Having locked themselves out of their flat and lost their - now zombiefied - housemate Hannah, Tony and Miles are camping on a deserted farm when they encounter a strange gentleman, some dodgy locals and an old enemy.

Miles and Tony are still dealing with the after effects of losing their flatmate, their flat and their sense of sanity. To combat this, Miles suggests finding a new housemate. Once Tony's involved, of course, things get a bit complicated...

Tony and Miles accompany their new housemate to a seminar about positive thinking in the zombie apocalypse. But just how far does positive thinking take you when you've been bitten by a zombie?

Having given up on trying to find and keep a third housemate, Miles and Tony settle in to life eating condiments and discussing important issues. Life would be great if not for those hordes of undead at the door...
