Having fallen prey to an evil trap, Zeroman's powers fail him. Severely weakened, Zeroman eventually collapses on his mother's doorstep. Jaundice Mutton, Zeroman's #1 Obsessed Fan, takes in her hero, vowing to nurse him back to health.

In another of Rusty's diabolical plots to ruin Zeroman and simultaneously return to TV fame, he kidnaps famous hamster actor Sammy Hamster and trains him to attack Zeroman. Can Zeroman and Ty thwart his evil plan?

Zeroman has decided that the time has come to find an eventual heir to the Supersuit; someone who can carry on as the protector of Fair City. When Ty discovers that he is not even being considered for the gig, he quits and storms out.

Les' misfortune with women hits a new low when Sally Uberchik tells him that she may leave town for a new job. While two revenge-seeking nerds, Blaine and Dwayne, unleash an attack with their robotic girlfriend, the beautiful Ann Droid.

Zeroman is faced with his toughest mission yet; he must find the perfect Mother's Day present. While evil Rusty Woodenwater, promises his estranged mother the best present in the world, none other than the Man of Zeal's Supersuit.

Ty and Gary are left at home while Zeroman heads out on a top secret, weekend long Super Hero Summit. Zeroman and the other heroes are shocked when none other than Rusty Woodenwater and his assortment of villains check into the same hotel.

A mysterious young boy named Sonny comes to town claiming to be the Man of Zeal's offspring. Zeroman is delighted at the possibility of being a father, and having someone with whom he can share his secret despite Ty's protests.

Zeroman's cousin, Harry Mutton is hired as the Fair City Weatherman, Harry is replacing Dirby Dinkle, who's become, The Hummidifier, an evil villain determined not only to curse Fair City with bad weather, but to ruin Harry's new career.

Zeroman is apprehended and charged with outrageous crimes including insider trading and illegal puppy training. He's sent to prison where he vows to be the perfect inmate, which leaves it to Ty to get to the bottom of the hero frame-up.

After being humiliated by a bully in front of Sally, Les wishes that he didn't have to keep his identity a secret all the time. When taking the poop chute down to the Nerve Center something goes awry. producing a Good and Evil Zeroman.

When the mayor is accused of murder, Les ends up on the jury at his trial, and as Zeroman must try to figure out what really happened as only he thinks the Mayor is innocent but finds he needs to be in court in both guises at once.

When Mother goes away on a trip, Les meets up with an old friend, Chick Magnet, who is just using him to get to Sally and steal a priceless item. Ty tries to make Les see that Chick is up to no good but Les only sees Chick in a good light.

Rusty threatens to blow up the town using his new weapon, the Atomic Bum, and to get Zeroman's attention, he kidnaps Sally. Rusty demands that Zeroman reveal his identity on live TV or he'll detonate the bum and destroy everyone.
