In an effort to turn the brand completely around, RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff drops a bombshell on the WWE Universe by inviting a former adversary to return at No Way Out. One of the most legendary factions in WWE history is formed when Scott Steiner's challenge to a Royal Rumble rematch against World Heavyweight Champion Triple H is answered by an animal.
