Da Nang, Vietnam is located along the coast with unbelievable beaches, a crazy motorbike culture, delicious food, and loud nightlife. Barber shops, called cat toc nam in Vietnam, are an important part of the culture. Ky Lee's Barber Shop was packed with the New Year Celebration called Tet approaching. Da Nang is particularly cool because you have access to so much within a couple of hours. Lady Buddha, Monkey Mountain, Marble Mountain, Hoi An, and the beautiful city of Hue are short day trips away.

Bucharest, Romania's largest city and capital, has a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and nightlife. Many of the sights to see can be found in Old Town, where we discovered one of the best barber shops in the world. My second trip back to the barber shop, I get a neck shave with hot towel treatment. Just seeing the barber's tattoos are worthy of a visit.

Phnom Penh is the capital and largest city in Cambodia with about 1.5 million people. We visited during Bon Om Touk, or the Water Festival, which brought in Cambodians from all over the country to celebrate. Tasting the exotic food options like roaches and crickets was new for me. Ankor Was in Siem Reap, is also a significant tourist destinations in SE Asia.

Krakow, Poland is an educational, entertaining, and a bit heartbreaking city that takes you back in time. Thankfully, Krakow's old town survived the Second World War, and you can feel the ambiance of the city that used to be the capital of Europe's largest country. Walking around the Jewish Quarter and seeing the buildings that were shown in the epic movie, Schindler's List, was fascinating. The barber shop visit was outstanding. The barber's tattoos, beard, big watch, and style were very unique.

In my first visit to Phoenix, Arizona State and U of A battle it out at Sun Devil Football Stadium, we hike along the beautiful trails that surround the city and see the Havocs in action at Grand Canyon University Arena. Along with all that excitement, I visited a Native American barber, Chan the Barber, where he worked his craft giving me a great haircut, beard trim, and even a nose peel.
