Led by mysterious voices to an abandoned arcade, Ai Ohto receives a "Wonder Egg" from a gachapon machine. Ai is told by the voices that she will receive what she desires most when she breaks open the egg.

Ai meets Neiru Aonuma, a girl who also purchases the Wonder Eggs. Ai tries to become friends with her but to no avail. Later, Ai breaks a new egg containing a girl who suffered abuse from her gymnast coach.

While she is buying more eggs, Ai meets a girl named Rika Kawai, an upbeat former idol with an insensitive attitude. Rika is also fighting to bring someone back to life, but Ai questions her reasoning for doing so.

With Rika unable to fight, Ai has to fend for herself while protecting Miko and Mako from Madam Sachiko. Meanwhile, Momoe Sawaki, a girl who is often mistaken for a boy, is also fighting for the girls in the eggs.

Ai, Neiru, Rika, and Momoe become close friends fast through their shared connection to the Wonder Eggs. But one day while the girls spend the day together, Rika questions why they have to risk their lives for the girls of the Eggs.

The four girls are faced with a new enemy, and require help from the guides in order to stand their ground. At home, Ai receives news from her mother that is destined to change her life.

The girls hang out after school for Rika's birthday. Rika has some personal time with Ai, and she is forced to reflect on the person she wants to be.

Acca and Ura-Acca explain to viewers what Wonder Eggs are and talk about four of their regular customers: Ai, Neiru, Rika, and Momoe.

One day, Ai and her friends go to visit Neiru, who lives in her company. There, Neiru introduces them to a girl named Kotobuki Awano. She has been asleep forever after an experiment. Neiru is unable to accept Kotobuki's condition, but to her dismay, Kotobuki appears from an Egg. The four have their differences over the last "wish" that Kotobuki entrusted to Neiru...

Rika, who has witnessed Acca and Ura-Acca with Neiru's secretary, asks Neiru about their relationship. A big secret is revealed. Meanwhile, Momoe sends them a text telling them that a boy confessed to her and has invited her to a date. Ai and the others are excited about the news, but Momoe seems unhappy for some reason. At the same time, the battles in the world of eggs are getting fiercer and fiercer.

A mysterious entity called "Hyphen" suddenly appeared in front of Momoe and questioned her about life and death before doing something to Panic. And the same change to the Egg World has also arrived to Rika's dream. Meanwhile, unaware of what is happening to Momoe and Rika, Ai enters the mansion built in the underground garden. In a room full of documents, Ai encounters Ura-Acca, co-founder of Japan Plati and a former scientist, who tells her an old story.

After hearing about the tragedy that happened to Panic and Mannen, Ai is trying to fight back against the Haters in the Egg World without Leon. Unable to break the egg, Ai is heavily outnumbered by the Haters. Acca, who has been monitoring the situation, summons Leon on Ai's behalf and instructs that the completion of the mission is the highest priority.

A special edition episode that serves as a continuation of Episode 12 and the conclusion of the Wonder Egg Priority anime series.
