Hans teaches a young mother how to survive on dangerous, bear infested Kodiak Island. When a colorful character -- Alaska's state "mustache champion" - brings in a load of old guns, Ken and the Wild West crew search for a diamond in the rough.

Wild West Guns gets fired up for an event like no other - the annual salmon cooking competition and garage sale. An Alaskan cowboy turns to the Wild West crew for help training his shooting horses.

When the winner of a hand-to-paw grizzly battle asks Wild West Guns for a special favor, Ken is faced with a tough choice. After Phred convinces Bryan to help some gold miners with routine gun repairs, they end up going way off the beaten path.

When Wild West Guns has one of their biggest sales ever, it attracts some of Alaska's quirkiest characters and fiercest bargain hunters. Hans's ex-wife needs help protecting her beloved horse from a monster Grizzly Bear.

When Ken and Phred throw a mustache and beard competition to help promote Wild West Guns, it's truly a hair-raising experience. Jim agrees to build a custom rifle for a river guide, but a dangerous delivery by plane is more than he bargained for.

A bushman comes to Wild West with a tall order - he needs the ultimate survival gun for Alaska's most unforgiving terrain. When Jim and the gang help two sisters throw a huge double wedding, it is definitely Alaskan and definitely one-of-a-kind.

Jim helps a father and daughter continue the Alaskan tradition of living off the land. A wily gold prospector lures Ken into a deal that could be a huge windfall - or a total bust.

Jim makes a move that could finally put Wild West Guns in the big leagues of the gun-manufacturing world, but it's a gamble that puts the entire business at risk. Ken, Hans and Phred kick off their search for the next member of the Wild West Guns family.

The stakes are high as Jim considers closing up shop in Alaska and heading to Las Vegas to put Wild West guns on the map. Ken and Phred meet a homesteader with a piece of military history - a machine gun that was used in Alaska during WWII.
