Meet all the characters, the families, and each department, and also, new neighbor Silvia, who is looking for a new home because the previous neighbors were terrible.

When German finishes painting the building, a group of Alejandra's friends spray-paint it. Meanwhile, Silvia's parents visit and want to meet her boyfriend, but she has no boyfriend.

Marco falls in love with Alejandra's friend and tries to win her. Meanwhile, Frankie and Luis have a noisy war because of Lorena's washing machine. Benito has a new role and he needs to cry while recording.

The neighbors suffer from lack of water on a very hot day, but the Rivers family has a water tank and makes money with it; Benito is trapped inside a big water tank; Luis loses a date; everybody thinks that Vanessa has heart disease.

Two visitors invite Pedro to enjoy their philosophy of La Luz Interior. Magdalena and Lorena try to begin a business selling bracelets. Frankie wants to film a Science Fiction film but breaks Silvia's camera.

Arturo's boss is invited to the building, but trouble begins when dark waters come out of their flat.

The neighbors evacuate the building when Magdalena's gas tank springs a leak.

A small community market arrive just in front of the building, obstructing the neighbors' exit.

The López are going on a trip, but Alejandra and Marco don't go; they had a big party with rich people and not-so-rich people all together.

On Valentine's Day, the neighbors try to exchange gifts, but trouble begins when Magdalena receives something she wasn't expecting.

Silvia is running out of money, so Mariana thought she could make some money by renting and sharing her flat. She advertises for someone and picks Sara, who tries to steal her boyfriend.

A blackout creates problems among the neighbors and they blame German for not taking care of it.

An old movie producer offers Frankie to make the second part of his famous movie named La Toalla Del Mojado, but they need to earn a lot of money to afford it.

Benito is having problems with math and the Rivers ask Silvia to help him. Silvia later finds an S written on Benito's notebook and thinks he's in love with her.

Silvia asks Magdalena for her old blender, Magdalena asks Luis for his old dryer, and Frankie asks Silvia for a computer.

Arturo has been promoted, but he never thought he would find himself involved in problems, when he was taped on a video making illegal transactions.

Luis' old girlfriend tells him that he might be the father of her daughter; later she reminds him that Pablo could also be the father.

When the government sees that the neighbors' building is falling down, they offer them some help, but Vanessa's dog spoils it all when it escapes from its cage.

Children's Day arrives and Benito invites his friends over, but suddenly they start pulling practical jokes on the neighbors.

When the Rivers run out of money, Lorena thinks that selling hot dogs would be a great idea; envious of her success at it, Magdalena begins to sell them too.

Frankie and Lorena decide to go to Canada in search of a job in a movie for their son Benito. On the journey they forget their son on the filming set. Meanwhile, they have fun in Canada.

Benito finally arrives to the building after being deported from Canada; his parents are still there enjoying the weather. Meanwhile, in the building, Marco introduces his friends to his parents.

A new neighbor arrives, claiming that he can heal people through chants and chats, but is he just a cheating charlatan?

The Lopez family wins a road trip to Canada sponsored by a the discount store Don Baratón.

Pedro and Luis have problems; to make up, they start to have flashbacks to their pasts.

The Lopez Family found themselves in problems, when their debts are raised by the government, and they began to take their stuffs off.

Silvia meets a guy on the Internet from Canada and plans to go on holiday there--but the guy doesn't even exist; Benito and Pedro were playing a joke on her.

The owner of the neighbors' building arrives, saying that they must leave their flats; she's selling the building to an American. The neighbors deal with the issue until one resolves it.

All the neighbors have cages where they keep their clothes to dry them. One day Magdalena steals Silvia's cage, along with her favorite sweater. Silvia begs her to return it, but she doesn't.

Alejandra's friend got a tattoo, so he offers the same for her. Marco hears the chat and tells their mom. She challenges her mother, but she gets thrown out of the house and seeks shelter with Luis and Pedro.

Alejandra is looking forward to singing in a dark group, Don Roque hears her sing and thinks it's a ghost. He tells the neighbors about it, and Luis thinks it's a lost soul looking for buried treasure.

The neighbors receive threatening letters. When Vanessa destroys hers, the neighbors think she will be cursed. Later that night her pet dies and the neighbors misunderstand, thinking that Don Roque died.

Mariana fixed a date to Silvia with a guy named Santiago, but she already had a date named Leonardo, she must have to decide between the two guys, when those give her a surprise with mariachis.

Magdalena tries to sell her old car, but nobody wanted to buy it. Later, she makes a pact with Pedro: if he sells the car, he gets some money. Meanwhile, Luis makes a deal with Frankie: if Frankie tells something about his movie, he will get punished.

In the neighbors' gathering, Luis was robbed and he blamed the neighbors about that fact, he tried to solve the cold case, but at the end he received a big surprise.

German thinks that he could be replaced by another janitor. Later, he decides to quit, but all was a confusion.

A homeless man has an accident because of Frankie and a fake doctor makes the Rivers look after him until Benito finds out about the man's lie.

German asks the neighbors for a break from duties. They agree and hire another janitor, but he turns out to be a thief.

The neighbors did not pay the water's bill. When they were running out of it, they blame German. He felt bad and he had a dream with an alternate life of the neighbors living without water.

When Marco's grades go downhill, he proposes that Alejandra change them into good grades. The joke continues when Magdalena wants him to study in the USA. When they find out, they send him to Angangeo, a school very far away.

When the neighbors swear that they saw a ghost, fear grew up so fast. Silvia had a romantic date with candles due to a blackout with Joel, the neighbors were bugging her when they asked her for candles.

Frankie's old type machine was not working. When he wanted to buy a new one, realized that he had no money. He was selling an old VCR, but the one who bought it, didn't realize that it wasn't working.

Benito had a new opportunity to show that he doesn't want to be an actor. When his parents taking to a casting call for a commercial, he decides to spoil it when he is called for the Call Back.

When Alejandra's favorite Rock Band was about to present in town, she realized that she had no money to pay the ticket. All of the sudden, she made up that she was a witch who reads people hands to get the money.

Seeing that Luis and Frankie are not good enough at Ping Pong, Tito offers them a competition with Juan and Jimmy, but by cheating on them. Now Luis and Frankie must find their inner power to win.

In the season finale, German breaks the water pipes and the government sues them for this. Luis offers to run in the marathon to pay the bill with the prize money.

Silvia and Luis got trapped accidentally on the building's basement. As the time went by, they got drunk with the wine that Silvia was saving for her date. The neighbors found out, and Silvia got angry.

Magdalena and Arturo are having serious marital problems and she decides to kick him out of the house. Luis invites him to live in his flat, but Magdalena gets pissed off and swears revenge.

Magdalena proposed the neighbors to spend the vacations on Ixtapa. As good friends, they accepted, but they never imagined that the hotel, food and services weren't included.

An old friend of Luis named Ana, she proposes him a date, but her purpose was to take care of her dog, he takes it to the neighborhood. When the dog bites Magdalena, she begins to blackmail on Luis.

Frankie runs into a film producer and asks him if Benito can act in his next film. To convince him, the Rivers must look after his spoiled daughter, who hates Benito. Meanwhile, Jorjais return to the neighborhood.
