Evan, Joseph, Daniel and Winston stand trial for thier crimes against The Jury, meanwhile Chris slowly starves to death and Aiden and Samuel run into some trouble.

Evan searches for supplies. The Judge takes a dishonored soldier on a hunting trip. Joseph recovers from his wounds. Andrew makes a discovery while searching for Evan. Chris raids a camp-site and Winston has flash-backs of Big T.

Evan learns the identity of his saviour, Andrew prepares to confront Evan, The Judge rewards William, Chris and Nathan get trapped by a storm, Joseph meets his new work partner and Jeremiah stumbles upon a new group while scavenging for supplies.

In the wake of the fight against Andrew, Evan and Normans relationship is strained, Jeremiah infiltrates an Anarchist outpost, Joseph and Samuel attempt to escape, Chris and Nathan decide to take different paths. A familiar face returns.

After arriving at the site of Jeremiahs Massacre, The Anarchist King puts Andrew on trial. Aiden begins his search for more people. The Judge and Joseph bond while interrogating Jessica on the whereabouts of William. Chris arrives in Taroomba, and Winston and Sara scout the perimeter of the compound for raiders.

Evan and William finalize the attack plan on the Jury, Norman leads Aiden and Alex on a supply run, Nathan and Chris are reunited at the outskirts of the Taroomba Mental Facility, The Judge and Joseph prepare the Jury's defenses, Jeremiah returns to the compound, Sara and Winston lead a small group to secure the Jury's water supply from the Anarchists, but Sara has other plans. A series of flashbacks reveals how Edmund survived. The war begins when Evan draws first blood.
