Han Jung Won is worried about keeping up with the publishing company but her mother is completely insistent on her getting married. She is worried that she will never have grandchildren so she sets up a date for Jung Won with a guy from the courts since the surgeon didn't work.

Song Seung Jun is introduced as the new editor and he has a tough list of rules for everyone to follow: being on time, no excuses, proper attire, and correct speaking are just a few of the rules. Geum Ran is missing out in the cold and her mother worries.

There was a book signing and team manager Han Jung Won started to sing to the crowd to settle them but just ended up making things worse and creating a nauseous feeling for everyone. She is the daughter to the President of the company Han Ji Woong and team manager.

Geum Ran finds out that her parents do not have the same blood type as she does, she had no idea if she was switched at birth but she knows that she is not living with her birth parents. Teacher Kang is accused of liking Jung Wung as a couple.

Hwang Geum Ran finds out that she is the poor little sister to Han Jung Won and her rich birth family. She decides to go to the house and confront the family to show them the DNA test results that she had done to prove to them she is family.

Han Jung Won and Hwang Geum Ran are living the opposite lives of each other. Geum Ran finds out and she takes the results from a DNA test and confronts her parents. They do not believe her story and tell her to leave. She leaves with everyone shocked and crying.

Hwang Geum Ran and Jung Won run into each other after Jung Won's mother and Geum Ran meet to talk about finding out their true relationship. Jung Won can't figure out what is wrong with her mother and Geum Ran was hugging her; she asks Geum Ran why they hugged.

Jung Won gets a phone call while she and the editor-in-chief are riding to work. She goes to the hospital to find the baby that she is taking care of is sick. She finds out the father is her Teacher Kang and that he is taking the baby home today.

Geum Ran's mother confronts Jung Won and throws salt all over her to cleanse the demons. Jung Won runs off to see Teacher Kang's son, the one she says she will be a mother to until the teacher finds a mother for him. She makes him study and stays there.

Jung Woo is overcome with alcohol after drinking heavily when she found out that she was switched with Geum Ran at birth. She runs into the editor and throws up all over his clothes. His mother unwillingly brings her inside and has to let her stay to sleep it off.

Jung Won meets her real mother and they have a long, confusing discussion. Her mother tells her that she does not have anything to offer to Jung Won and that she wanted to be a great mother for her. Jung Won asks her not to cry and she stops crying.

Both mothers get together and they talk about letting the children decide who lives where since the girls are the ones who were switched at birth. Geum Ran chooses to live with her birth parents. Her mother who raised her leaves and Jung Won goes after her to keep her safe.

Geum Ran goes to the publishing company to see where her biological father works. She runs into Jung Won there and Jung Won asks her to come live at the house with her for her parents sake. Jung Won introduces Geum Ran to her birth brother and he is overwhelmed.

Jung Woo's real mother falls and hit her head when Geun Ran comes to get her things from the apartment. She is not able to see anything. Mi Ran yells at Geun Ran and tells her to leave her mother alone and to stop touching her mother. She has glaucoma.

The mother who raised Jung Won slaps her and tells her that she must be nice to Geun Ran because she is their biological daughter and disrespect will not be tolerated. Geum Ran's father that raised her is still being shady and chased by gangsters. He is up to no good.

Jung Won and Geum Ran come home from work and their brother tells Jung Won that if she causes a stir like she did the night before that he will slap her himself instead of mother. Ji Won's father gets demoted at work and his wife is furiously upset with him.

Jung Won's real mother has presbyopia from the stress of learning that her daughter was switched with another child at birth. The doctor later finds out that it's glaucoma and it is too late to operate. Jung Won says she does not want to be a part of her real family.

Jung Won meets her younger birth sister when she comes to see her mother. Jung Won finds out that the editor reads for blind children and she is completely shocked. She buys an old album and the editor takes her to his house to listen to it before she goes home.

The editor kissed Jung Won and then her phone rings to break things up. Geum Ran fills out her resume and her mother tells her that she will be joining the family registry under the name Han. Tae Ran and her family move back to her parents home very quickly.

Mr. and Mrs. Han disagree over whether to hand the publishing company over to Jung Won now that they know she is not their biological daughter. Mr. Han wants to continue as if nothing has changed but Mrs. Han cannot live with that decision so easily and questions his intentions.

Jung Won, Dae Bum, Editor Song, and Geun Ran all meet outside of the Han household. Dae Bum and Jung Won are excited to see each other and after walking with editor Song, Jung Won asks Dae Bum in for tea. Editor Song tells Dae Bum to walk with him.

There is a big mix-up with projects at the publishing company. It seems that somehow Jung Won and Geun Ran did the same project and made a proposal for it, they also submitted them to editor Song. Geun Ran and Jung Won talk about their father and who is deserving.

Geun Ran feels as if she cannot compare to Jung Won. It is like she hates Jung Won even though she knows that she is a victim too, Geun Ran still feels as if Jung Won stole her life away from her. Geun Ran begins her editing career thanks to Jung Won.

Jung Won's real mother asks Editor Song to be nice to her daughter and to treat her kindly. Editor Song tells her to make the baby's father move out of her parents room and to live there without him so close. Jung Won tells him to act his age.

Jung Won's mother and Editor Song's aunt both want them to stay away from each other. Dae Bum looks at Jung Won as if he is in love too but he knows he is not right for her. Song is completely in love with Jung Won and just realizes it himself.

Everyone is running around trying to figure out who is to be with who and which person is in love with the other person. Geun Ran tells Jung Won to stay away from editor Song because she says she wants to marry him and be his wife and love him.

Geun Ran is trying to take over Jung Won's life and become her. Jung Won tells the editor she is leaving and he wants to leave together but refuses to meet up with her over the weekend instead. He shows up at the house later that evening looking for Jung Won.

Song tells his mother that he is in love with Jung Won and that he wants her to be happy with it and accept Jung Won. Geun Ran is bringing in things for Dae Bum to use to help take care of her mother that raised her, they are for glaucoma.

Geun Ran stole an editing slide from the ten that Jung Won was working on and the book went to print with a major mistake. President Han tells the editor that he is cutting his wage in half and that he wants Jung Won out of her post at the company.

President Han wants nothing more to do with Jung Won, he tells her that Geun Ran is his daughter now and that she needs to get used to that fact. Editor Song is looking over tapes of the day that the editing sheet went missing to see what he can find.

Geun Ran admits to the editor that she is the one who took the editing slide and made a difficult situation for team leader Han on purpose. Jung Won finds out that her birth mother knows that she found out about her eyes. Jung Won tells Mrs. Han she loves Song.

President Han finds out the Jung Won turned in her resignation; his brother came to ask him not to process it and let it slip out. President Han tells editor Song to process Jung Won's resignation now. Editor Song tells him that someone targeted Jung Won and stole the print.

Editor Song rips up Jung Won's resignation but the President had already heard about it and told him to process it immediately. Editor Song decides to keep both Jung Won and Geun Ran so that he does not have to reveal Geun Ran's mistake to her father about the print sheet.

Song and Jung Won come to the Han house to tell Mr. and Mrs. Han officially that they are dating. They are present with Geun Ran and she is devastated. Jung Won tells her mother about plans to marry Seong Jun and her father comes and tells her to forget it.

Editor Lee comes to the Han house and tells the President and Mrs. Han that she is pregnant with their 32 year old son Sang Won's baby. Jung Won turns her real father in and he is put in jail but she regrets it immediately and calls Geun Ran for help.

Geun Ran threatens Seung and her father witnesses it and collapses grasping his chest. Editor Song runs to him and finds him unconscious. The President is taken by ambulance to the hospital. Geun Ran visits Jung Won's low class apartment and finds her standing on a ladder painting the room.

Lee Eun Jung shocks the family with the news of Sang Won's baby. She has turned the household upside down and Mrs. Won says that she will not accept her as a daughter-in-law. Lee throws a fit about wanting the food that the baby wants or he will have mismatched eyes.

Mr. Han invited the Won parents to his home to have a family dinner. Dinner goes over with confusing scenes and misunderstandings. Sang Won opens up to editor Lee about his real mother. Seung Jun's mother puts a plan in place to keep him at home with her instead of marrying.

Jung Won finds the editor in the Han house but she has yet to find out that the baby is her brother's child. President Han finds out that the Paju building is under Mrs. Song's control. Jung Won's father meets her boyfriend Seung Joon. He takes him to the baths.

Editor Song's mother kidnaps Jung Won's uncle and holds him because his birth mother is coming to meet him. Jung Won goes to the Song house and takes him with her. Jung Won intercepts her uncles mother from America and she says that she is there to take uncle with her.

Geun Ran's mother who raised her confronts her in the Song house; she tells her that she is not leaving because she feels like she is above Jung Won in the house. Jung Won and Seung Song see the confrontation; they watch mother tell Geun Ran she's not acting how she's raised.

Geun Ran breaks into the Song house and steals a file from Mrs. Song's room; she is stabbed in the process and winds up in surgery losing blood. President Han arrives at the hospital in time to hear that Geun Ran needs blood and he donates his to her.

President Han is stuck at the hospital with Geun Ran clinging to life when he gets an urgent call that he must leave the hospital and come to the office. Mrs. Song realizes the original contract with Sang Won is missing and that Geun Ran must have taken it tonight.

Geun Ran wakes up and Jung Won is overwhelmed with thanks that she is alive still. Jung Won chases a bus down to catch Seung and they spend the day together; when dinner is prepared he tells her that this is the end of their relationship and he won't regret it.

Geun Ran's mother that raised her came to the hospital room and caused a scene with her birth mother; she threw bathwater on her and Geun Ran. Song Seung tells Jung Won and President Han that he wants to leave the company; Jung Won tries to talk to him outside.

Jung Won and Seung Jun meet up in Geun Ran's hospital room and agree to take shifts sitting with her so they do not have to be together. Seung Jun tells Dae Bum to follow Jung Won. His mother goes out and tells Jung Won that she is winning.

The doctor lied, he was paid off to say that Geun Ran could not have children in order to break up himself and Jung Won. Geun Ran confronts Seung Jun's mother about making her think she could not have children. Geun Ran thinks that Seung Jun's mother wants her dead.

Geun Ran is still in the hospital and even though everyone has found out that she can still have children, nothing has changed. Jung Won goes to mother Song and tells her that she has to choose because she has the original contract and will use it if she has to.

Geun Ran and Jung Won talk about bikini's and going swimming; Geun Ran is afraid to show her scar but Jung Won tells her she has one too. Jung Won admits to Geun Ran that she has the original contract and the she intends to marry Seung Jun for life.

Jung Won tells Mother Song that she will burn the contract if she leaves her post at her job but otherwise she will turn it over to the police. Mother has her kidnapped and she is stuck in a grave with one of mother's henchman. Geun Ran saves her life.

Mother Song is locked away but she is sure that she will get out of jail in just a few days. Jung Won is hopelessly in love with Seung Jun but he has disappeared right before her eyes; her worst fears are realized when his number and house are empty.

Dae Bum can't stand to see Jung Won sad any longer and takes her to a field to let off fireworks. In the middle of the fireworks he kisses her and Seung Jun seen; he left the two alone and walked away. Court papers come to the Won house.

Seung Jun and Jung Won get married and are very happily working on a farm where he teaches after the wedding. The parents are there and so is Geun Ran, they all end up very happy thinking of grandchildren while they all play on the beach. Life is good for all.
