Lassie's former owner, Timmy Martin, has a therapy session with Dr. Nielsen to discuss the issues he had growing up with Lassie and get advice to see if might be ready to have another dog.

Nanny comes to see Dr. Nielsen out of fears that she might be losing her "mojo".

THE LOVE BOAT's groovy bartender, Isaac (Ted Lange), takes Dr. Nielsen's advice to stop listening to everyone else's problems and get a few things off his chest instead--including a juicy love connection.

Is Johnny the guy who's brother is Scott and his best friend is Sigmund, a sea monster? Or does he have a whole other family affair going with sisters Buffy and Cissy? Or maybe this guy is someone else all together because he's got options - as well as a lot of issues to work out in Dr. Nielsen's therapy session.

Stephanie (BAYWATCH) is in a therapy session with Dr. Nielsen. She has some issues to work out about her ex, Mitch (David Hassselhoff) and also - is she - dead.

Ritchie from THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW, played once again by Larry Mathews, has a therapy session with Dr. Nielsen to discuss some of the issues from his childhood, namely the hilarious laughter he heard after almost everything his family said and did--coming from where? On top of that, how does he process the bald bashing he witnessed as a child now that he is also bald.
