After the death of Ahmer's wife, he is left alone to take care of his daughter. Longing for love and companionship, Ahmer tries to revive his friendship with Maheen.

Amidst property issues, Ahmer realizes that he needs to get married again for his daughter.

Without the property papers, Hina's future in laws fails to cooperate with Anwar. Ahmer steps in and supports Hina and her family.

Disheartened and disappointed by her fiance, Hina finds comfort in Ahmer's presence.

Hina decide to keep living at her father's house but after Hina's ex-fiance shows up, Ahmer is forced to protect Hina.

Ahmer's daughter Hira finds Hina's presence at her house unpleasant which leads to a series of uncomfortable situations. While Maheen's son is upset as she is away from home.

Ahmer's daughter Hira feels sad when she sees Hina in her mother's clothes. Ahmer's old friend Maheen returns to Pakistan to meet Ahmer.

Ahmer brings Maheen to his home and she mistakes Hina for a maid. Jealous by Ahmer's affection towards Hina, Maheen proposes Ahmer for marriage.

Ahmer's sister Hani asks him to marry Hina and start a new family. However, Ahmer thinks its a mismatch as Hina is too young for him.

Maheen suggests that Hina should purse her studies and also help around in household chores. Khalid asks Maheen to come back home for the sake of their child.

Ahmer takes his family for a picnic where Maheen joins them while her son Isa's health is deteriorating day by day.

Hina overhears Maheen and her doctors conversation and tells Ahmer about it. However Ahmer considering Maheen as his friend is skeptical about it.

Hina starts going to university where Mustaqeem falls in love with her. However, Hina tries to stay away from him and focuses on household chores.

Yasir and Mustaqeem fights over Hina and tries to impress her. Ahmer asks Maheen to call his son as he is not well.

Maheen loses few of her valuable items and Hina is forced to take all the blame. However, Ahmer takes Hina's side and supports her.

Maheen asks her husband, Khalid to send Isa and divorce papers as she doesn't wants to live with him anymore. Mustaqeem grows closer to Hina and dislikes the way Maheen treats her.

Ahmer gifts Maheen a dress while Mustaqeem's family decides to ask Hina's hand in marriage.

With time, Hira has grown closer to Hina as she helps her with everything. Hira fears that Hina will leave her after her marriage with Mustaqeem.

Heartbroken and unwell Isa overhears his parents conversation while Ahmer asks his sister Hani to make a decision about Hina's future.

Due to years long friendship with Maheen, Ahmer decides to marry her. However, Hani realizes that Hina isn't comfortable with this.

Maheen convinces Hina to marry Mustaqeem however Hina is suspicious about Maheen and Ahmer's relationship.

Ahmer decides that he will get married after fulfilling Hina's responsibilities. Preparations for Hina's wedding are underway when Ahmer receives a call from Khalid.

Maheen receives a shocking news and tries to kill herself. Upon knowing the truth about Maheen, Ahmer is disappointed in her.

Maheen begins to reconsider her actions and realizes her mistakes. While Hira is upset about Hina's marriage.

Maheen tells Hina to listen to her heart but she thinks its too late now. An unfortunate accident, makes Ahmer and Hina realize their love for each other.
