When a drug dealer threatens his mom over outstanding debt, Jared struggles to come up with the money to save her, while frightening hallucinations hint at much bigger troubles lurking right around the corner.

While trying to ignore increasingly weird happenings and with Richie invading his home, Jared experiences an even bigger upset when he meets Wade, who claims to be his real father

With Maggie missing, Jared is on his own to battle with Richie at home while trying to sort out the truth about Wade - only to be confronted by a dangerous new arrival, Georgina.

Reeling from the discovery about his parents, Jared's world is further shaken when Wade warns him that he's in danger from Georgina - because Jared may also be a Trickster.

Jared struggles with the shock of knowing that he's a Trickster and must one day kill his own father. Maggie begrudgingly realizes she'll need Wade to take on Georgina.

Maggie and Jared are on the run, but an encounter with Wade causes Jared to accept that only he can stop his father.
