The Predacons assault New York City to kidnap gifted scientist Dr Kenneth Onishi. Kenneth's son Koji joins forces with the Autobots to save him.

The Predacons hijack a car with a high-tech explosive contained within it to generate energy. The Autobots battle them to confiscate the explosive.

Team Bullet Train, an Autobot trio with the alternate mode of trains, are deployed to handle a Predacon attack on a newly-running express.

The Spychangers, a squad of Autobot stealth soldiers, are deployed to safeguard a generator the Predacons are after.

The Predacons discover a Black Pyramid, a source of great power, and attempt to harness it for their own purposes.

Megatron attacks Metro City... but it's a ruse, as he sends his lieutenant Sky-Byte off to investigate some mysterious ruins.

Sideburn's obsession with red cars causes him to be trapped by the Predacons and used as bait for a trap for Optimus Prime.

The Predacons go after an ancient train that they believe carries a precious cargo. Naturally, the Autobots arrive on the scene and do battle.

Mirage turns against his friends and joins the Predacons. But is it even real?

Skid-Z, an Autobot newly arrived on Earth, is possessed by a racecar driver's competitive streak, which causes him to endanger his friends.

The Autobot Tow-Line enjoys towing away law-offenders, including his own friends. The Predacons scheme to use this quirk to their advantage.

Autobots and Predacons hunt for the Cave of the Dragon, said to conceal a special Cybertronian artifact. Bizarrely, the cave is on a film set.

A clip show where the Autobots go over their battles from the previous episodes in the hope of discerning the Predacons' plans.

Megatron captures a set of protoforms and forms a newer, more classical faction of troops... the Decepticons.

The Decepticons attempt to prove themselves by attacking a dam. Not only must they deal with Autobots, but with sabotage from jealous Predacons.

An unstable volcano at a Caribbean resort holds vast reservoirs of energy. Decepticons, Predacons and Autobots clash at the resort, with the volcano reaching erupting point.

The Decepticon shuttle, Movor, is dispatched into space to track the Autobots.

The Decepticons claim they wish to defect to the Autobots, so they are given a test of loyalty. Will they succeed?

A day in the life of Sky-Byte as he goes about his Predacon mission of trying to defeat the Autobots. Sadly, this is his worst day ever.

The Build Team, a squad of rookie construction-worker Autobots, get their first mission - stop the Predacons at Antarctica. This job becomes more difficult than it sounds.

The Decepticons sabotage the Autobots' space bridge network, and incur the wrath of the Build Team and their combiner, Landfill.

Sky-Byte takes a group of humans hostage to lure out the Autobots, but circumstances force him into the unlikely and unwanted role of defending them.

The Deceptcions challenge the Build Team to a duel, for their space bridge network. Optimus Prime cautions them against it, but they defy orders and wind up over their heads again.

Optimus Prime's brother, Ultra Magnus, arrives on Earth with a score to settle with Optimus.

Ultra Magnus continues to hound Optimus Prime, and the Decepticons and Megatron close in on the both of them.

The Autobots review their Earth encounters to assess themselves.

Whose side will Ultra Magnus choose, the good guys or the bad guys? Not even Magnus has a clue, yet.

The Autobots offer Ultra Magnus a place with them. Magnus, beset with invitations, just wants to be alone.

The Decepticons and the Build Team discover an underground Cybertronian stronghold. What... or who... does it contain?

Koji is finally reunited with his father, all thanks to... Sky-Byte?

The Build Team and the Autobot Brothers compete for O-Parts, special energized discs, with the Predacons and Decepticons attempting to interfere.

A massive battle takes place for the Orb of Sigma, a glowing sphere of power. The Autobots win... but as a consequence Megatron is reborn as Galvatron.

Galvatron is able to locate and activate the titan robot Fortress Maximus, but the giant robot seems to take orders only from Koji.

The key to controlling the titanic Fortress Maximus is the bio-force from a human. The only Transformer who has this energy is the Deception Scourge...

Megatron assesses the Predacons and Decepticons's performance in the war on Earth.

The Predacons and Decepticons target Koji as he only he can control Fortress Maximus, but both sides clash and an innocent boy gets kidnapped instead.

The Autobot base has been discovered by Sky-Byte and is subjected to a massive onslaught.

Galvatron rises and commences his most sinister plan ever: placing children under his control.

The final showdown takes place.
