It's time for Tinka to become a full-fledged elf. However, the amulet every elf gets at the ceremony doesn't change colors from green to red as it's supposed to. In the humans' world, Lasse begrudgingly moves in with his grandmother, who lives out in the middle of nowhere, along with his father and younger sister.

After finding out that she's half human, Tinka tries to get some answers. Prince Fileas launches an investigation to find out why Tinka's amulet didn't change. In the humans' world, Lasse is still struggling with the move and is annoyed that Mikkel signed him up for swimming classes.

Tinka shows Nille the magic mirrors she found yesterday and promises to hide and never use them. Prince Fileas tries to get his father, King Gobbe, on board to investigate Tinka's past. Bjergi is questioned as part of the investigation. Meanwhile, Tinka breaks her promise and enters the human world where she meets Lasse.

Prince Fileas tries to get his father to see the seriousness of having a half-human in the Elf world. Tinka is bullied at school for being half-human. Lasse starts asking around if anyone knows Tinka.

Tinka is asked to the castle where Prince Fileas is waiting. He wants to put Tinka in the Tower of Loneliness, but King Gobbe comes to her rescue. She sneaks into the human world again and asks Lasse for help finding the Christmas Star, but he thinks she's joking.

Tinka wants to give Lasse and Astrid a pig in the hope that Lasse will help her. Phileas understands that King Gobbe is not confident in him as heir to the throne.

Tinka brings Lasse with her to the Elf world, so he can help her get into the castle to talk to King Gobbe who's getting sicker and sicker from Prince Fileas' poison. Iben continues to flirt with Mikkel who still isn't interested.

Tinka meets Lasse's dad and he tells them that Johs can be short for Johannes and that Lasse's great-great-grandfather was called Johs. Tuva tells Tinka and Lasse that King Gobbe had another son, but that he turned his back on the Elves and disappeared into the human world.

King Gobbe misses his son Prince Storm and reminisce about the good old days. Lasse tells Nille about him and his family which makes her empathetic with them. She later sneaks Tinka and Lasse into the castle where they see something terrible happening. Meanwhile, Iben ruins Mikkel's model of the senior homes he's been working hard on.

Now that King Gobbe is dead and Prince Fileas is going to be king, Tinka escapes into the humans' world to hide. Fortibras arrives, but unfortunately, it's too late for him to take the throne despite Skir's efforts to fulfill King Gobbe's wish. Nille goes into the humans' world and meets Lasse's family.

One of Lasse's classmates might know something about Falkhøj, so Lasse challenges him to a diving contest. However, the lead they receive points them in the wrong direction. In the Elf world, Prince Fileas is determined to get Nille on his side. Meanwhile, Maja is on board with Iben's idea of setting her up with Mikkel, but it doesn't go well.

Tinka fakes a headache, so she doesn't have to go to school with Lasse and can go look for her father, Crown Prince Storm. However, Astrid fakes being sick as well, so Tinka's plan is changed. Meanwhile, in the Elf world, Prince Fileas commands Bjergi to keep an eye on Nille and let him know about anything going on with her. Maja plays match maker.

Astrid is very excited about St. Lucia Day and is planning her own parade. Tinka shows Storm the letter ball he sent to his father hoping it'll get him to remember about his past. In the Elf world, Fileas wants Nille to be his Queen and threatens her. Meanwhile, Mikkel finds an old unfinished chair from when he was in school in his father's workshop and is inspired to start making furniture again.

Lasse struggles trying to read his great-great-grandfather's diary and asks Mikkel for help, but he can't read it either. After having a bad dream, Prince Fileas worries about Crown Prince Storm returning to take the throne. Lasse asks Maja to read the diary, but she keeps procrastinating.

After finding out that Lasse's great-great-grandfather didn't steal the Christmas Star, they consider that it might still be in the Elf world, so they go back to look for it. Iben tries to get closer to Astrid by making confections with her, but she doesn't do well with kids. Prince Fileas finds out that Tinka isn't on the Southern Islands.

Tinka and Lasse try to come up with ideas on how to get Storm to remember that he's an elf. Tinka convinces Nille to come with her into the humans' world to make these special cookies that all elves love. While there, Nille bonds with Mikkel and Astrid. Meanwhile in the Elf world, Fileas breaks i to Nille and Tinka's house and finds Johs' diary.

Tinka and Lasse bring Storm into the Elf world to open the door to the Tower of Loneliness. In the humans' world, Mikkel prepares a delicious lunch for him and Nille, but Fileas gets in her way, so Mikkel thinks he's been stood up.

Lasse wants to dive to the bottom of the crater that the Christmas Star caused, but his diving suit has holes in it. Fortunately, he can borrow one from his classmate. Storm and Tinka are happy to be reunited and he shows her pictures of her as a baby and her biological mother. In the Elf world, Tinka is recognized by Vilma's father, so Fileas orders his guards to be on high alert.

Storm has been locked up by Fileas who plans to tell The Council that he was the one who found the Christmas Star. Meanwhile, Tinka, Lasse and Bjergi work to free Storm.

Lasse finally tells his father about his frustrations towards him. In the Elf world, Storm decides to give Fileas another chance which upsets Tinka. Meanwhile, Skir, Storm and Tinka work to find out how the lighting of the Christmas Star ceremony is performed. Nille sees Iben kiss Mikkel and thinks that Mikkel has been playing her all along.

Mikkel finds out that Nille was at Søgaard yesterday. Lasse remembers where the wheel is, but it's gone. Fileas poisons Storm, so he falls asleep in a last attempt to take the throne.

Tinka is determined to find Storm and starts at Falkhøj, but remembers that he doesn't have a magic mirror. Storm's dog, Lulu, leads Tinka and Lasse to the Tower of Loneliness. Vilma tries to make amends, but Tinka isn't ready to forgive her. Fileas forces Nille to take him into the humans' world to look for the wheel.

Tinka, Lasse and Storm have all been locked up and are struggling to find a way out, so they can stop the coronation in time. Meanwhile, Fileas is forcing Nille into becoming his Queen.

Storm tries to find out how the lighting ceremony is performed, so the Elves can get their magic back. Lasse tells Mikkel the truth about Tinka and Nille in order to get him to help with the lighting ceremony, but Mikkel thinks it's a joke which angers Lasse.
