Considering how uncomfortable Thomas is with his own body, especially relating to nudity among others, he now attempts to become more comfortable in his own skin by posing in the nude for art students. His family is also incorporated in this experiment which results in some not so surprising moments of extreme awkwardness.

Thomas' experience with the great outdoors is limited at best. However, he is a huge fan of the tough adventurer Bear Grylls and tries to emulate his hero by setting off into the wild to survive on his own. Thomas must overcome stormy weather and biting cold in what proves to be his ultimate survival test.

In spite of his self-proclaimed dislike of children, Thomas is of the opinion that a real man is a good father. In order to better his parenting skills, Thomas tries his hand at caring for two small children by himself for a whole day. This proves to be a huge challenge for Thomas (and the children), resulting in a lot of tears throughout the day.

Thomas has overcome many obstacles and prejudices in his quest for real manhood, but is now confronted with his greatest hurdle yet; his fear of heights. In his final challenge, Thomas is convinced the producers are arranging a bungee-jump for him. However, he couldn't be further from the truth.
