After getting married to Priya, an unhappy Hema struggles with intimacy during their honeymoon. Amit still finds no takers for his ideas. Busying himself with work, Hema finds himself attracted to an old flame again.

At the agency, Bhuvan tries to mess around with Sonam, but Ashiq protects her and becomes her mentor. But everyone at the company soon get the shock of their lives when Anushka leaves the unit for a regional role and Varun brings in a new creative head, William Fernandes.

When Amit comes to know about Hema's sudden interest in a new client, he gets extremely worried about the same. He also begins to spend time with Priya to understand more about how things are between her and Hema. Meanwhile, William's first creative review results in the first casualty at the office that shocks one and all.

William shows an interest in Amit's work, while he also actively rejects the ideas of Hema and Nina, which does not go well with them. Amit is finally able to get the promotion that he deserves, but Hema questions the motives of William.

Things get heated up between Hema and Sneha when he patronizes her in front of the clients during a meeting. Meanwhile, Amit reaches out to Hema with the help of Nina and the three of them than smoke on a boat. Amidst all of this, Priya gets an opportunity of a lifetime as her boss, Shayan, offers her a job in London.

Things do not go well for Hema as he gets pulled up by Varun for smoking all the time and showing up late at work. Matters go out of the hand when Amit confesses that he was the one who informed William about this.

Meera confronts Bhuvan about Sonam and her work. Meanwhile, as Priya leaves, Hema and Sneha confess their love for each other. On the other hand, Ashiq gets into a tussle with Varun regarding Nina's campaign.

Things get out of the hands when William makes a formal complaint against Ashiq. When Visti learns about it, she is left with no choice but to inform Ashiq.

As Ashiq is still MIA, Hema and Sneha try hard to locate him by any means possible. Things get more complicated when Sneha tells Hema that she is being pressured by her family to get married as soon as possible.

Things at the agency take an ugly turn when Bhuvan tries to harass Sonam. But Amit comes just in time and rescues her from the same. Meanwhile, Hema and Priya decide to get a divorce as she thinks that they have no future together since he always has been in love with Sneha. And in the midst all of this, a shocking truth shakes up things at MTMC.

Anushka returns to MTMC and confronts the agency about their tolerance and attitude. While the agency grieves about the loss of a loved one, Hema and Priya finally separate. Hema finally tells Mandira that he's made up his mind about MTMC.

William's era at MTMC sees a spate of resignations. Varun questions William's methods under pressure from management. Amit and Hema try to reconcile one last time, despite their differences.
