Thingstarter develops an app that awards points for doing "not racist" actions, but discovers it might actually be racist. Alexandra wants Thingstarter's anniversary party to focus on the company's success, but Justin can't let go of its failures.

The team works on the perfect sleepy-time product for Paleo enthusiasts, a bed made of dirt, but runs into resistance from a professional mattress salesman. Meanwhile, Thingstarter's newest hire is a little too boring for Justin to tolerate.

An innovative burial product turns out to be difficult to pitch when even a professional mortician finds it disturbing. Alexandra announces her plan to discontinue the once-popular Truck Dong, Thingstarter's first successful product.

The first product designed for male post-masturbatory cleanup finds enthusiastic support from a surprising group of consumers. Alexandra and Hunter team up on the Second Chance Initiative, an effort to find a product that isn't "penis-related".

Darren is challenged to a design contest by the inventor of Forq, the "perfect" fork. Alexandra tries to save money by cutting back on free office seltzer, driving Kim and the rest of the team to find creative workarounds to her new rules.
