A huge barge named Shelburne is brought into the Big Harbor, and the tugboats are amazed at his cool name. This results in Hank changing his name to Henry, and everyone but Theodore follows suit.

After a loud morning, the Dispatcher demands that the tugboats be quiet. The tugboats take this too literally and become silent all the time.

After Emily rescues Jennifer from an accident, Theodore cannot wait to go on a rescue mission. The next day, a storm arrives and Digby is in need of rescue.

The tugboats meet Kulu, a canoe who tells the them the story of the northern lights.

Theodore and Rebecca search for Northumberland, who is trapped on the sea floor after an underwater rock slide.

Theodore is sent to Ceilidh's Cove to deliver a new propeller to a fishing trawler.

Emily is known for her daring turns, until she gets herself stuck between two rocks while trying to do a turn through them.

When Theodore goes to the repair dock for a few days, Hank misses his friend each night and becomes afraid of the dark.

Theodore idolises Clayton the Harbour Crane, but bites off more than he can chew.

Hank's whistle starts wheezing just before the Big Harbor Tugboat Races. When he neglects to fix it, it gets worse.

Theodore's engine breaks down so that he can only move backwards.

Theodore must see the arrival of Cumberland the Container Ship. Cumberland does not require tugboats so he ignores Theodore and docks right in the middle of the harbor.

Foduck detects something at the bottom of the harbor. Theodore and George help him find out what it is, but George is too bossy and makes Theodore angry.

Theodore and Barrington Barge like to play hide and seek with Petra the Pilot Boat. But one day they take the joke too far by hiding too long. This causes everyone in the harbor to panic and launch a search and rescue.

Guysborough the Garbage Barge's grumpiness turns the entire harbor's cheerful mood sour.

The Dispatcher sends Theodore on a job where he must hug the coast. Unfortunately he becomes distracted on the job.

Theodore, George, and Hank find an enormous piece of ice floating in the water, but cannot identify the ship inside it.

George excludes Emily from tug of war because she's a girl, which begins a huge fight between the two.

Hank gets the hiccups, and tries different methods to get rid of them.

It's New Bumper Day in the Big Harbor and all the tugs are too excited to go exploring with Carla the Cabin Cruiser. She starts snatching everything in the harbor.

It's Big Harbor Fools' Day but George doesn't have a sense of humor.

A new tugboat named Oliver the Vast comes to the harbor. Theodore sees that Oliver is an unfriendly bully.

It's Theodore's birthday, but it seems that everyone has forgotten about it.
