A reformed criminal is blackmailed when three girls are murdered.

Private pilot Tink Wilson flies in a shipment of narcotics to be delivered at the military academy where his cadet son Chuck will graduate that night. Following the exchange, a unseen assailant shoots and kills Wilson, while Chuck and his military rifle go missing.
