The Central division faces off in a best-of-three competition; the winning male and female competitor each battle a Pro-Athlete Titan on Mt. Olympus: NFL Iron Man legend and Pro-Bowler Joe Thomas and boxing world champion Claressa Shields.

The competition continues with the Central division battling in head-to-head challenges; the winning male will face reigning Titan and NFL great Joe Thomas, and the winning female will challenge reigning

The competition continues with competitors pushing their bodies to the limit by battling opponents in unforgiving head-to-head challenges, designed by host Dwayne Johnson.

Competitors face obstacles such as Launch Pad, Over the Edge, Nuts and Bolts and Lunar Impact. Winners will move on to face reigning Titans on Mt. Olympus, the consummate athletic test of speed, strength, agility and endurance.

The male and female champs of the East Region are determined in a series of athletic challenges, as preliminary winners move on to face reigning Titans on Mt. Olympus, the consummate test of speed, strength, agility and endurance.

Six elite Titans return for the final rounds of competition. The top two men and women will advance to compete on Dwayne Johnson's Mount Olympus one last time. In the end, one man and one woman will be crowned Titan Champions.
