It's merit vs. bias for Captain Shikha Sharma. How long before she's recognized for her strength rather than her gender?

At the obstacles training ground, under Naik Subedar Bhatti's watch, the officers sweat it out to finish the obstacles task in the given time. Almost everyone expects Capt. Sharma to fail but she is determined to prove otherwise.

Capt. Sharma moves to the all-male dormitory. But she will have to accept a drinking challenge with Capt. Rathore to win a bed. Meanwhile, the officers get an evening to enjoy. Capt. Sharma gives everyone the slip to go away for a while.

With past heavily looming over her psyche, Capt. Sharma endures it all in the Dozakh task. Bilal gets upset when Shikha refuses to discuss her personal life with him. Meanwhile, Col. Sathe pulls a surprise by suddenly changing a decision.

Dozakh is not just a task to be completed but a real mission to be accomplished. Due to puzzling circumstances, team leader Capt. Shikha Sharma's leadership skills are questioned by her team members.

The final task may be over, but it is the beginning of new struggles for Capt. Sharma. The officers submit debrief reports about everything that happened during the operation. Gen. Ramani appoints a trusted officer to investigate.

Col. Hussain starts investigating the Alpha team about what happened that day, why did Capt. Siddiqui go home and why is Capt. Sharma in the hospital? RMO Capt. Rao is also questioned. Meanwhile, Capt. Sharma submits her debrief report.

Lt. Col. Hussain approaches Capt. Shikha Sharma to find out her version of events. She learns a few things that bring some clarity. How long before she finds out the ultimate truth? Meanwhile Capt. Bilal Siddiqui talks to Lt. Col. Hussain.

Lt. Col. Hussain figures out the actual sequence of events of that fateful day. Col. Sathe is outraged after learning the findings of the investigation. The final two exercises of the course begin.

The remaining officers successfully complete the course and pass out wearing the Maroon Beret. They are now part of the elite forces. Along with the rescue operation, Capt. Shikha Sharma also finishes another very important operation.
