In "Stilted Perch", Granny and her pets visit a strange hotel, the owner of which has disappeared, and face one of Granny's old foes. In "A Game of Cat and Monster", Granny and her pets are in Bavarian Black Forest, Germany, to find her friend, Colonel Rimfire, who vanished there. Sylvester is caught by the mad scientist from the Bugs Bunny short "Water, Water Every Hare" and taken to his castle as dinner for Gossamer. The surprise ending reveals the truth about (this) Gossamer.
