Adrian tells Ben that she's not pregnant, much to his relief, but he questions whether she's telling the truth. Unbeknownst to Anne, George takes Ashley to the doctor to discuss birth control options. Jack's parents are moving out of town for a new job and give him the option to stay with a friend while he finishes school. Amy is confused about why Ben is avoiding her after he professed his love to her, and Ricky takes an interest in Ashley.

Though Ben and Amy are excited to be back together, Amy weighs an opportunity to study music over the summer in New York, but has to juggle her responsibilities as a mother, and Ben is still uncertain if Adrian has been honest with him. Meanwhile, Ashley skips school to help comfort Adrian through bouts of morning sickness, and Ricky, who overhears that Adrian might be pregnant, goes to confront her about it. And Jack is desperately trying to find someone to stay with so that his parents can move away.

Everyone rallies around Amy so she can attend the music program.

Amy, still unaware that Adrian is pregnant, is off to New York for the summer, and she and Ben profess their love at the airport. In the early morning hours, Ben goes to Ricky's apartment for advice on Adrian, and finds that Ricky has a new love interest. Adrian looks to her mother for guidance, who talks about her own experience as a teen mother and offers her support for whatever Adrian decides. George is worried about Amy being alone in New York, and about Ricky moving into Amy's room while she's gone to help care for John, putting Ricky and Ashley under one roof. ...

With Amy away in New York at music camp, a ridiculous rumor that she is pregnant again spreads through school. Adrian has decided she does not want to keep the baby, but her parents argue over whose choice that should be. Jack moves into the Bowmans' guest house with Tom, and Ricky is living with the Juergens to help with John. Ashley and Ricky share an intimate moment.

Everyone is finding out about Adrian's decision, except Amy.

Ben goes to New York to visit Amy and finally tell her the news.

Amy reaches out to Adrian and Ricky asks Ruben for help.

Ashley is torn between her feelings for Ricky and Grant.

Ricky visits Amy in New York, and Ben goes with Adrian for a sonogram.

Ben gets fired from the butcher shop after an altercation with Ricky.

Everyone forgets Amy's birthday.

Amy's back from New York and asks Ricky to spend the night (platonically). Ben and Adrian discuss the possibility of having sex again but talk of their exes soon intervenes. Meanwhile Grant overhears Jack and Jesse discussing Jack's continued feelings for Grace. Across town Alice and Henry share a bed while waiting for Ben to return home. Ricky and Amy agree to a date.

Ashley shows up in Ricky's bed telling him that she wants to get "it" over with and for it to be with him. Ben finds out the value of the ring that he gave to Adrian and decides to earn enough money to buy it. George and Anne reconsider getting remarried. Amy & Ben finally have their first long talk since her return from New York. Grace's mother gets Grant to commit to a promise that Grace doesn't agree with. Ricky, Amy & John have their first real date.

Returning to school after the summer break, Ben and Adrian go to find out the sex of their baby. Amy tells Ricky that she is ready to take the next step in their relationship, but only if he first agrees to be tested for STDs.

When the high school guidance counselor shows up at their home, George and Ashley learn a bit about home-schooling. Ricky's mom gets out on parole and needs a place to stay. When Grant suggests that Grace get tested for STD's and Jack agrees, Grace reacts badly. Amy checks up with Lauren following her break-up. Ben is eager to have Adrian move in with him and perhaps even tie the knot.

Ricky discovers that his mother's date is another woman. Ben makes a decision about Adrian.

Adrian's pregnancy hormones mix with her dreams of a big wedding and the results are scary for all involved. While Amy is incensed, Ben tries to go along with it all but is confronted first by Ricky and then by the parentals with a proposal of their own. Meanwhile Amy returns home and presents Ricky with a proposition as well.

Ashley studies with another home schooled student.

Ashley's upset that Amy and Ricky are moving in together. Grant and Grace are enjoying their decision to have sex. Amy has a conversation with Adrian and soon the entire gang is getting competitive over sex. Ricky has a talk with Ben and suggest that they both "be men" and be honest with their significant others.

Ricky is frustrated waiting to have sex with Amy. Ben and Adrian aren't waiting and Adrian's been pleasantly surprised. Grant brings his parents by to meet Grace and her mom.

A problem with the guest list for Adrian's shower reignites the Amy/Adrian feud and tempers flare to new heights. The entire crew seems to get pulled into the dispute no matter how unwilling and things get said that may end friendships and relationships forever.

Pretty much everyone needs to apologize after the recent round of blow-ups. Grace gets some good advise from Grant's "old man." And then there's the matter of Adrian's shower.

In a moment of panic, Ben admits to Amy that he's not ready to be a husband and father at 17. Betty hears about a family crisis and must miss Ben's wedding. Jack's dad comes back to town to officiate at the wedding and suggests that Jack should break up with Madison if she's only his second choice.

Jack & Madison have sex for the first time at Ricky's place and now both have regrets. Amy hears about their tryst and gets upset with Ricky for lending the place out and for the amount of usage Ricky's bed has seen. Ricky's mom gives him some advice on romance. Meanwhile Ben & Adrian begin their married life together with a surprise reception at school. When Jack approaches Grant for some relationship advice, Grant and Grace discuss their continuing relationships with their exes.

Adrian and Ben go to the hospital in preparation for the baby.
