Skid and Rash explain THE GRIND, a concept handed down to us from the age of RPG - teaching us the joy of doing repetitive tasks to win achievements. Leveling up and grinding are important to the survival of our world, and most importantly, Jonathan Drill (the eldest grandchild of our savior, The Drill). Just remember not to make The Drill sad or you might get exiled. Bless the Drill.

The Con is a gathering of tribes dressed in "koshplay" as they honor their gods with purchasing "merchanswag" and feats of endurance to prove they are worthy to see "free-views" and speak to their heroes at "panels." Skid and Rash teach us about SECOND LIVES. In the dark days before the Drill, people used magical portals to transport themselves into alternate universes to live out their second lives. Rash doesn't understand why anyone would want to leave their amazing world honoring the Drill. But Skid wants to find out and builds a portal of his own. Blasphemy.
