British officer Sgt. Jack Moffitt is assigned to the Rat Patrol and must prove himself to a resistant Sgt. Troy. Moffitt's mission is to help the Rats locate a buried German supply dump before Dietrich's forces find it.

Hitch is critically wounded and to save his life the Rat Patrol risk their own by bringing him into a German hospital camp for emergency surgery.

The Rat Patrol's U.S. Sgt. Sam Troy lets himself be captured as a ploy to take an Africa Korps General hostage. A Rat Patrol jeep frees Sgt. Troy, and grabs the General, but is blocked into a desert canyon behind German lines by Capt. Dietrich's mobile squad. How will the vastly outnumbered Rat Patrol escape, to complete its mission to blow up a Nazi munitions dump ?

Moffitt impersonates a German archaeologist in order to infiltrate a German stronghold and steal the secret of an ancient scroll believed to pinpoint a desert water supply.

Troy and Dietrich are taken captive by a roving band of Bedouin slave traders. Meanwhile, Moffitt, Hitch and Tully are preparing to sabotage an oasis the Germans depend upon for water.

Expert lock-pick Sgt. Frank Griffin's mission is to substitute a doctored map for the real one within a German officer's locked cabinet. The Rat Patrol's job is to get Griffin in and out of the seaside Nazi compound.

A sun-blinded Sgt. Troy is an unwitting ploy in Dietrich's scheme to rout the Rat Patrol.

After liberating POWs, the Rat Patrol must transport to safety surly Sgt. Gribs, who possesses key information about Nazi troop movements. Along for the trip are Tex and Eddie, two privates determined to kill their sergeant for cowardice.

To knock out an Afrika Korps radar station, clearing the way for an Allied bombing raid, the Rat Patrol employs a new explosive. To get there in time, the Desert Rats must uncover an ancient shortcut through the mountains, made even more dangerous by the easily-upset French explosive, which is tossed like a snowball.

Troy and Dietrich declare an uneasy truce when both of their units are ambushed by a horde of homicidal Bedouins.

Moffitt and Tully infiltrate a German prisoner of war camp seeking a soldier who has memorized Rommel's secret plans. But the man is dead, and now two men claim to have been his confidante.

The Rat Patrol is taken prisoner by an embittered American soldier turned traitor. From his lavish desert compound he sells captured American weapons and equipment to the Germans. His proposition to Troy and Moffitt: Join me as partners.

The Rat Patrol undertakes an ambitious two-phase mission. First they must rescue an ailing French Resistance leader from a Nazi stronghold and second they must smuggle him aboard a trawler launching from a German-held lighthouse.

Believing his father has survived a plane crash, Moffitt disobeys Troy's direct orders and sets out to rescue his father from the Germans.

The Rats are given orders to liberate prisoners being used to keep a dock area vital to the Germans. The resistance contact Bertaine is organizing the fishing boats to transport the POWS but sacrifices himself to protect the mission.

El Gamil steps in, replacing Bertaine, to aid the Rat Patrol in liberating the POWs. Sgt. Troy secretly meets captured officer Major Indrus while Moffitt and Hitchcock connect with Bertaine's daughter Marianne, a suspected collaborator.

Marianne helps Troy to convince suspicious local fisherman to evacuate Allied POWs who are forced to repair port facilities for a German supply depot.

The Rat Patrol is assigned a rescue mission to save Oberleutnant Gustaf Friedrich Luden, a German defector code-named "buttercup," whose cover may have been exposed. As a bonus, Luden will turn over the latest German secret codes.

Sgt. Troy and his Rats are tasked with preventing a supply drop to a German convoy headed by the renowned Colonel Seidner. His teen son Peter ends up in their custody and Troy endangers the mission to spare the Colonel.

The patrol finds themselves trapped in a German radio station after trying to contact the British with urgent information. Troy and his fellow rats must outwit Dietrich to escape death or capture.

Moffitt is wounded after an attack on a German convoy and needs a transfusion of a rare blood type. Troy and Hitchcock secretly enter Dietrich's camp and find an American deserter Cpl Pennell who is unwilling to cooperate.

Sgt. Troy has a notorious German soldier Colonel Beckman in custody when an altercation occurs and another POW is killed. Beckman frames Troy for the murder, so the remaining patrol conducts a daring raid to clear him.

Capt. Dietrich schemes to kidnap Holy Man Marabout, then "rescue" so his tribe will side with the Germans. The Rats must rescue him as Pettigrew and Hitchcock are held hostage by the Arabs until Troy and Moffit return with Marabout.

The Rat Patrol's mission to blow up a German ammunition depot is thwarted by Captain Dietrich. He confronts Troy but a landslide traps them together. Moffitt has orders to dynamite the site despite his entombed comrade.

The Rat Patrol is assigned to oversee security for an important high level meeting occurring at headquarters.

Troy kidnaps a German research doctor, but the others are captured in the process. Troy is unaware the doctor possesses a vial of deadly radioactive radium.

Capt. Dietrich contrives to have a German soldier impersonate Major Lansing, be picked up by the Rat Patrol and taken to headquarters, where he is to assassinate an Allied general.

Sgt. Moffitt is wounded, taken prisoner and about to be executed by the Germans. After the Rats initial rescue fails, Moffitt learns from a doctor that he is being used as bait to trap the rest of the patrol and eliminate them.

Captain Dietrich kidnaps Dr. Anderson from a medical unit to aid a wounded German officer. Sgt Troy and the Rats pursue Dietrich who is injured during a sandstorm. As he is being treated he reveals a traitor among the Allies.

Sgt. Troy smuggles a heavily bandaged Moffitt in German HQ posing as a Luftwaffe pilot. Moffitt pretends to have important information about Allied movements but their cover is blown leading to Troy's capture.

Sgt. Troy and his patrol are trapped in a munitions depot by Deitrich who forces the local chieftain to become his ally. The desperate situation takes a turn when Moffitt appeals to the sheik's pride regarding the German threats against him.

Sgt Troy and his men encounter Michele, claiming to be a resistance fighter, while on a mission. Taking her along, she leads them to be captured by Col. Ulrich Leske. Ulrich is her lover and the Rats must escape plus blowup a fuel depot.
