The penguins are recruited by Buck Rockgut to help him capture the Red Squirrel. Kowalski travels back in time to prevent himself from building a time machine.

When Roger's sewer home becomes unbearable, the penguins try to find him a new home in the city. The penguins must protect the zoo commissioner from Frankie the pigeon's wrath.

The penguins try to help Randy overcomes the problems he's having at the petting zoo. Eggy the duckling is convinced that he can handle dangerous missions like the penguins.

The opening of a time capsule buried at the zoo a century ago, forces the penguins, Julien, Maurice, Mort, Marlene and Fred into a search for the legendary cursed treasure of the Golden Squirrel, which they must find and destroy before the rats claim it for themselves, but matters are complicated when the treasure includes a curse that will drive those who seek it to fight each other until one who is "pure of heart" claims the treasure.

Fit To Print: The lemurs interrupt the penguins playing computer solitaire in the zoo office in order to sneak a peek at the zoo's new advertising campaign photo, which features the lemurs. After being chastised by the penguins for creating a threat of being seen by humans, Julien points out that the penguins can be seen in the background of the approved ad photo in commando fashion, seemingly unaware that their photo was being taken. Back at their HQ, the penguins decide to set out to digitally remove themselves from the image before it is sent to the ad agency. ...

The Amarillo Kid arrives and declares that he has a score to settle with "Mr. Tux." Private is ready to move up in rank within the penguin commando unit...or is he?

A group of cockroaches ask the penguins for help with their exterminator problem. The penguins become convinced that a kid on a field trip to the zoo is spying on them.

Marlene tries to help Private overcome his fear of badgers.

Rico goes on a wild destruction spree with Julien / Kowalski invents a telekinetic helmet that Julien steals.

The penguins accidentally launch Leonard the koala out of the zoo and into midtown Manhattan. When animals begin disappearing, the penguins suspect Savio, the new boa constrictor.

Private tells Mort that if he throws a penny in the fountain, his wish will come true...and it works! Julien goes on a pranking spree when he learns about April Fool's Day.

Private is upset when Mort is chosen to be the cover animal for the zoo's brochure. A puffin from Skipper's past returns and tries to take over the penguins' habitat.

After a series of gadget malfunctions, Skipper orders Kowalski to stop inventing. When a baby stroller rolls outside the zoo, the penguins redefine the term "daycare."

The penguins and Julien believe Marlene has cooties after overhearing a group of schoolchildren. The penguins' car seems to have a mind of its own after Rico rebuilds it.

The penguins must stop a contractor from completing repairs on their habitat before he destroys the world! Two thieves stash a very expensive diamond necklace at the zoo.

When Skipper is knocked on the head, he's unable to lead the penguins on an important mission.Private accidentally drinks Kowalski's truth serum and starts spilling the penguin's secrets to the rest of the zoo.

When the zoo is closed for Christmas, the animals prepare for "Kidsmas" -- their annual celebration complete with decorations, food, gifts and a visit from Santa.

Julien believes Maurice is plotting an overthrow and the penguins send him through basic training. Burt the elephant discovers a love for painting, and he's remarkably talented.

The penguins have a plan to beat the heat, but they'll need Alice out of the way. Private is smitten with the zoo nurse, but the only way he can see her is to get injured.

The lemur habitat gets a new resident, Clemson, and Julien loves to order him around. Kowalski's attempt to super-charge his brain backfires and now he's dumber than mud.

Private finds a stack of comic books and ignores Skipper's request to destroy them. Shakespeare in the park has inspired Private as he struts around quoting from the Bard's works.

The penguins accidentally blow up the koala habitat wall, so Leonard has to bunk up with Joey. A simple plan to have Mort spy on the rats ends up with Julien and Skipper captured.

King Julien For A Day - Skipper swaps places with King Julien for a day, and things at the zoo fall into disarray. Maurice at Peace - A fax with horrible news arrives at the Zoo: Maurice has only 24 hours left to live. So all the animals decide to make his last day unforgettable and treat him as a king. Even King Julien . How will this day turn out eventually?

When Private's cuteness factor tests off the charts, the penguins use it to their advantage. King Julien and Skipper switch places for a day, troubling everyone involved.

The penguins have had enough of the crazy lemurs! They hack into the zoo habitat schematic and successfully transfer the lemurs to the zoo. Finally, peace is achieved. When Roger replaces the lemurs they begin to realize the lemurs weren't so bad.The penguins journey to the bottom of the Atlantic for 100 year-old preserved herring. Skipper, Private and Kowalski chow down on the feast before Rico claims his share. Rico learns he's dodged a bullet when the others contract a food born illness.

An accidental zap from the Fresherizer ray turns Skipper into a baby. The gun tumbles into the sewer, and Kowalski, Rico, and Private leave baby Skipper in Julien's care. They are captured by the Rat King, and baby Skipper must escape in order to help them.The zoo animals are in a panic when word reaches them that the boa constrictor has escaped from the Zoo and is heading to them. They do their best to set up a perimeter, but the snake breaks through and captures them all except Julien.

Private's quirky Uncle Nigel pops in for a quick visit from across the pond. The boys intercept a fax with catastrophic news -- Maurice has only 24 hours to live!

After a sailing trip to the Massachusetts coast goes wrong, the penguins wind up at the Hoboken Zoo, which turns out to be a perfectly pristine paradise...or is it?

Dr. Blowhole, uber nemesis of the Penguins, returns to New York with a plan so diabolical it plays like a symphony of evil.

The Vesuvius twins adopt Skipper and Julien, then force them to fight each other. Kowalski invents a group of tiny robots, which he says will protect the penguins from harm.

The penguins are inspired after witnessing a good deed executed by a zoo patron. So they set out to perform their own good deeds -- penguin's style. Mort struggles to liberate Cheezy Bitz from a zoo vending machine so Private stops to help. But when Mort's tail gets hooked onto a dispensing coil, he and Private are sucked into the machine. Each attempt to escape drastically fails. Their only hope for freedom is to be rescued.

Kowalski's invention that stops time falls into the worst hands possible. King Julien's. The lemur breaks it trapping the two in a world frozen in time. Instead of being a disaster they realize they can do everything their hearts desire.Agent Buck Rockgut makes a triumphant return. While hunting the Red Squirrel across the globe, bird contacts the penguins with a warning that the squirrel has a brainwashed sleeper agent among them. They battle each other to a standstill to uncover the agent.

The zoosters think Julien has caused Gladys to slip, cutting off treats she brings them. The rush to judgment condemns the lemur to a swat from the Rump Whomper. Skipper insists Julien is innocent.Kowalski's dream of attending the invention expo have to be put on hold when he's laid up with broken legs. Skipper and the gang go in his place to bring him a full report. The bird goes stir crazy locked away in the hospital, however, and hallucinates that a dangerous Space Squid is invading!

Private has an enemy in the form of Dale the snail. It's because Private smashed the little guy, and keeps smashing him accidentally. Even a public apology ends with Dale getting crushed.Julien becomes enamored of a toilet the penguins have built. He wants to use it as his new throne, only the toilet is actually a stink bomb the penguins built to trap Dr. Blowhole. Julien accidently gets trapped, bound tightly to the bomb, so the penguins must try to stop it from detonating.

Private's big heart overcomes his instinct to flee as he helps a stranded young leopard seal get from New York back to her home in Antarctica. The rest of the team (plus stowaway King Julien) follow in their submarine to make sure the young seal and Private make it in one piece. Problem is, they should have been looking out for themselves - they end up on the menu at the leopard seal village!

The penguins notice it's been quiet at night.The rest of the animals have been sneaking out to spend time partying in the park! The plan to sneak out then return by morning to avoid getting caught by Alice is put in jeopardy when they run into a traffic jam in the tunnel.The penguins make a new friend in Dode the dodo bird, who they clone back into existence after a pesky bout of extinction. Having grown up with no natural enemies, Dode has no fear and it leads him to daredevilish behavior.

Kowalski's obsession with Doris the dolphin drives him to invent a love ray. It works like a charm until Alice falls for a trashcan, Julien falls for Mort, and Skipper orders the ray to be put in reverse. Private gets hit by the reverse ray and instantly loathes Kowalski. Told as a courtroom flashback, Kowalski unwisely revives Jiggles in a small, whipped cream-eating version. The little green cubes multiply on impact, however, and are soon threatening to cover the surface of the earth.

Marlene plans a game night to help the zoo animals bond but it takes a terrible turn when the snacks run out.

Kowalski steals the computer chip from Mort's new video game to finish an invention. Private wants to be friends with a group of badgers...until they threaten to hurt Marlene.
