When Baz Guilroy arrives at a cloning facility on a remote planet he is met with nothing but hostility. He finds that he is going to be working at this facility alone with only the AIs Geoffrey and Stella to keep him company.

Baz Guilroy is all alone in the new cloning facility, working with the AI GeoFFRy to create new clones for the collective army. As things go wrong, Baz must come to terms with an unfeeling AI for company.

As their situation gets more complex Baz Guilroy and Geoffrey are struck by a horrible event.
