A colleague's warning causes Pernille to reassess her friendship with Christina, even as they are dubbed "the dream team" after saving a patient's life.

Dismissed as a scandalmonger when attempting to alert her superiors, Pernille reaches out to a former employee to voice her unease.

With support from her confidant, Pernille prepares for an intense work shift to confirm her suspicions. But the night takes an unexpected turn.
