In the season premiere, Patti is excited to work with Larry Birkhead, the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn. Patti's second client this week is Melyssa Ford, star of Bravo's "Blood, Sweat & Heels" and former music video vixen.

Patti's first client is Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas, one of the members of the former girl group TLC. Patti's second client this week is retired NFL player Jeff Ogden.

Jill Zarin wants Patti's help in setting her daughter, Ally, on the right path to love. Dating mentor Kristin Cavallari teaches Ally to know her self-worth. Patti's other client this week is Prince Ferdinand Von Anhalt of Germany who is Zsa Zsa Gabor's stepson.

Mario "Perez Hilton" Lavandeira is famous for his outspoken, celebrity blogger personality and needs Patti's help as he cannot seem to shake his "snarky" reputation in the dating community. Then, Sonja Morgan, a beautiful mother and divorceé on "The Real Housewives of New York City," has no trouble finding a man, but it never lasts. Can Patti teach Sonja how to pick the right guy?

Patti is thrilled to get a call from Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag to set up Spencer's sister Stephanie. Kari Whitman is a one-time Playmate turned interior designer to the stars. Patti learns that this gorgeous 40-something is still single because she is unable to leave her exes in the past.

Patti's friend Marysol Patton from "The Real Housewives of Miami" stops by after she's been convinced by her best friends, Reza Farahan of "Shahs of Sunset" and Alexia Echevarria, to seek Patti's help in finding love. Can Patti give Marysol the confidence she needs to pick the right guy?World famous mixed martial artist Luke Rockhold is handsome, built, and travels the world as a competitive fighter. Patti is worried he's too much of a player to settle down. Can Patti help Luke fight for love?

Patti tried to help Chris six years ago, but he's still a mama's boy. Max spent years at TMZ but remains a surfer dude. They really test Patti's talents!

Olympic speed skater Allison Baver returns to Patti after two years, this time with her new boyfriend. Of course, Patti can't help but give them a relationship tune-up... with a surprise ending! Celebrity chef and bestselling cookbook author Devin Alexander is 43 and adorable, but she still hasn't met the one. Patti claims Devin is choosing the wrong guys, and that she can help Devin find a mate...if only Devin will listen to her.

Jesse Kovacs was on "The Bachelorette," and instead of finding a mate, he gained a reputation for being a dog. Can Patti help "Canine Kovacs" undo the damage and find him the girl of his dreams? Stylist and hairdresser AJ Johnson of "Chicagolicious" had his own salon and product line in Chicago, but now he's moved to Los Angeles to grow his brand. Patti quickly determines he is far too controlling and brings in celebrity hairstylist Jonathan Antin to school AJ on his picky ways.

Julissa Bermudez is a gorgeous TV host from the Dominican Republic. She's smart and talented, but she keeps attracting men who just want her as arm candy. Adam O'Rourke played in a band for years, but when they didn't hit it big, he changed courses and started a successful software company. His quirky, funny rocker mannerisms aren't finding him the beautiful girl next door to settle down with.

Romeo Miller (i.e. Lil Romeo) became famous as a child hip-hop star and son of the legendary Master P. Now at age 25, Romeo is looking for the right woman in all the wrong places. He meets most of his dates out clubbing with his friends. Patti realizes she must train Romeo to be a man, including courting and romancing his potential girlfriends. Patti clears her schedule for Romeo and coaches him through two master dates with different women.

Former Atlanta Housewife Shereè Whitfield is beautiful, but isn't known for being soft and cuddly. Patti hopes she will open up and give love a chance. Professional tennis player Sam Querrey is only 27 and ranked one of the best in the world. His life is spent on the touring circuit, not in the dating pool. Can Patti find him that all-American girl next door he can't seem to meet on the road?

On the 100th episode of "The Millionaire Matchmaker," Brooklyn Tankard of Bravo's "Thicker Than Water" is in town from Nashville to find herself a mate. Liquor entrepreneur Amit Ram is a Long Island native who is tired of dating after his heartbreaking divorce.

Cynthia Bailey and Kenya Moore of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta arrive in Los Angeles to help Kenya find a man. Kenya has been proposed to numerous times and always declines, leaving Patti to wonder what's been missing. Eighties singer and icon Taylor Dayne always put her music and career first. After raising twins as a single mom, she is now ready for love. Can Patti 'Tell It To Her Heart?'

In the season finale, Patti and former New York City Housewife, Jill Zarin, team up to find a man for Dina Lohan. Fran Drescher's ex-husband, Peter Marc Jacobson, came out as gay after he and Fran separated. Can Patti and Fran find the perfect guy for Peter, the self-admitted late bloomer?
