When Rosanne is scheduled to appear on the show, Larry fears an awkward reunion. To prove a point, someone eggs Hank's car.

Larry has a problem with the impression that Dana Carvey does of him. Hank struggles with the sexual orientation of his new assistant.

Tired of the way Larry treats him, Arthur spends an intoxicated, late night in the studio telling his troubles to a new friend.

Hank's father passes away and Hank wants to give him a tribute on the show. This further complicates the problems Larry and Arthur are already having with a show that has too many guests.

Problems arise when Larry's ex-wife, Jeannie, comes to visit.

Nearly everyone has difficulties dealing with Arthur's son who has been hired as a P.A.

Hank worries that his life is ruined when someone steals an embarrassing videotape from his office.

Larry tries to get a "big name" on the show while struggling to get a date with the network publicist.

Larry finds himself in financial trouble because of his business manager.

Problems arise when Paula dates Larry's agent.

Someone from Paula's past is booked on the show, but Paula is distracted by health concerns. Hank must weigh his options when his agent is hospitalized.

Larry is given the opportunity to produce a sitcom with a young comedian. However, Larry finds it difficult to sell his idea to the network.

Larry causes problems when he puts his staff on the show.

Upset about the lack of black people both working and appearing on the show, Beverly considers quitting.

Larry experiences dating a much younger woman, a college intern, and it leads to problems.

The Larry Sanders Show celebrates its 8th anniversary, the guests get into arguments, and Larry really has to go to the bathroom.

Larry is recovering from surgery and Sandra Bernhard is booked to guest host. However, Larry's break is ended short when Sandra's manager attempts to steal the show from him.
