Jerry is a nerdish awkward guy who has trouble fitting in at a swinging singles apartment complex. Lynn Redgrave is a secret agent whose bookish husband Jerry doesn't realize her job even when Harold is trying to assassinate her.

(1) Jerry and Janet Leigh are two shy explorers trapped in an Egyptian tomb. (2) Jerry and Ben Gazzara play ventriloquist and dummy auditioning for a booking agent. (3) Ben Gazzara sings.

Jerry in the first of two skits plays a delivery boy to a lonely Barbara Feldon. Then Mike Mazurki is a hot tempered lumberjack being fired by the boss's son. Doodletown Pipers perform "Hang on, Sloopy." Everybody sings a spiritual medley.

Jerry joins Laurence Harvey in a skit about not very trusting mine partners. Then Harvey as the bad guy and Joey Heatherton sing plus dance in a saloon tale with Jerry as a somewhat hero.

Jerry and guest Shirley Jones are a married Asian couple trying to solve a murder at an elegant gathering but aren't very good at it. Jerry is an eager fan at a film premiere where things don't go right for him.

Sketches include "My Bonnie Lies Over My Clyde".

Jerry is Sydney who has a small part in a costume drama starring Miss Moffo, managing to ruin every take. Harold Stone reunites with son Jerry who's an inept boxer. Miss Moffo sings an aria which Jerry messes up.

Miss Coco stars as the not very good lead ballerina in a recital. Jerry is an inept lookout for a robbery on a very busy street. Mountie Jerry must thwart evil doer Richard Kiley while rescuing Imogene in a two part skit.

Musical Highlights: Sergio sings "Time Alone Will Tell," and "The Daughter of Rosie O'Grady." Nanette sings "Doing the New Low-Down." Jerry, Nanette, and Sergio sing comic "Happy Medley." Comedy Sketches: Nanette plays a fading actress trying to relive her fame as a child star. Jerry is a lonely apartment preparing for a birthday without friends. Jerry as the "Nutty Professor" returns from an expedition to find his wife (Nanette) is marrying another man (Sergio) the next day.

Anne sing "Horses" Jack croons "Love for Life" and "Free Again." Anne plays a honky tonk singer trying to seduce a football star "Jack". Jerry is a horse trainer dealing with his uppity boss "Anne".
